In the footsteps of Kutuzov

The cunning Russian commander Kutuzov was forced to surrender Moscow, believing that, having left it, he would not lose Russia. That is, he taught us that it was possible to temporarily retreat, to make a tactical sacrifice in order to still come to the desired victorious result.

I remembered Kutuzov when the “case of Nikuzic” received a somewhat unexpected continuation. Moreover, this continuation can put an end to this whole story. I already wrote in the “hedgehog” about the scandal in the Kuban football club, where, according to its former players of Nikisich and Srenovich, threats of physical violence (to Sretenovich) and even violence (to Nikuzich) were applied to them. As a result, Nikuzic “voluntarily” terminated the contract with the club, lost 256 thousand dollars and at the same time turned out to be unemployed with dubious prospects of decent employment. Sretenovich, on the other hand, “voluntarily” turned out to be the club of 60 thousand euros.

The club was indignant, threatened to dry for slander, his general director Mkrtchyan barely restrained indignation and desire to give Nikuzich “in turnips”. The RFU Ethics Committee nodded to the prosecutor’s office, they say, this is a pure crime. And the prosecutor's office at the same time ...

What the prosecutor does is so far unknown. But “Kuban” suddenly took and agreed to pay Nikezich all 256 thousand, and she no longer has any material claims to Sretenovich! At the same time, Kuban functionaries continue (though with less heat) to threaten the court. Like, this payment is something like a gesture of goodwill. In addition, according to world football laws, the club does not shine, and world officials in any case will take the side of the player. But in criminal order we will still figure it out!

But you can powder the brains with strange paradigms, like the fact that no matter what bastard is a player, FIFA and UEFA will support him anyway. But in fact, the Kuban recognized the facts of violence. It is the facts, not a separate fact. After all, not only Nikuzich, but also Sretenovich won a monetary victory in this matter. And this before the mentioned FIFA and UEFA managed to take at least some intelligible position. Before the criminal investigation managed to achieve at least something. And taking into account the fact that the Kuban governor himself is the president of the club, can it be expected from the local prosecutor's office of special zeal? Yes, and the ethics committee, let it seem to be ... apparently ... apparently ... the side of the players, but in reality there is neither authority nor levers. So why did the Kuban give up so quickly and clearly?

Here I remembered Kutuzov. I believe that certain people know very well how everything was really there. And the matter turned out to be extremely filthy and, damn him, received publicity, even at the international level. And most importantly, they beat foreigners. It would be possible to settle with the Russians somehow, but these two Yugoslavs can sit in the Balkans and “rock the boat”. So much easier and wiser to pay them money and present everything that happened as a private initiative of the sports director of Dorongchenko and coach Khlystunov. And designate it as an isolated case. And there were no more precedents. And it is not known who are those two guys of strong addition with pistols who scared the players so much. And there is no connection between Dorongchenko and Khlystunov and one of their superiors.

Actually, sorry for a bold comparison, we have so far from loud matters. There is a killer, but there are never customers and motive. They took and killed just like that.

My version is easy to check. Since the circle of participants is very limited, it will not be difficult for professionals to understand this matter, and this should not take much time. And if, in addition to Dorongchenko and Khlystunov, no one is punished in the near future (by the way, they are only temporarily removed), then, in addition to the standard formula, “there is a consequence”, we will not hear anything else, and everything will be safely delayed. Moreover, Nikuzich, for example, emphasized that he was not going to destroy the club, but wants only punishments for specific people. Here his desire can perfectly coincide with the desires of those who defended him on the sides.
