Pogrom as beauty

Sometimes you should understand what has already been said and evaluate, so to speak, how it is stopped in consciousness. Last week, the well -known pogrom occurred, which the “Hedgehog” wittily called “at night of long buckets” . Despite the fact that he had, in my opinion, at least three dimensions.

Visual-emotional-how we observed it and how this observation was reflected in our psyche.

Descriptive - how it was worked out by the warring parties. Rather, what efforts were attached to the buckets to lubricate the original oppressive impression.

And finally, symbolic - what a sign of this pogrom seemed to us. Or it is better to say “turned around”, because nevertheless, at first there is a historical time in our global manifestation, and then we add symbolism from the surrounding reality.

So, with the latter the simplest. When the Sobyaninsky buckets throughout Moscow smashed small and large buildings made of glass, plastic and concrete, Putin's falcons did the same with the city of Aleppo . And the news feeds first filled out photos and videos from Aleppo drones, reminding us about Dresden 45th year. And then, for some reason, many places in the peaceful Moscow capital began to walk on Dresden of the 45th year. All this, of course, was sticking together in one lump, to which the explanations were also attached by one bag.

About Aleppo: we bomb and we will bomb, but people do not suffer there, our bombs are the most peaceful bombs in the world (the author of the theses is M. Zakharova ). And about the Moscow pogrom: we broke, broke and we will break, for the good of Muscovites and for the sake of the truth (the author of the thesis is the mayor of Sobyanin).

This also includes the following message: we closed and we will close public organizations that we will call “foreign agents” (ministe) ... It is not known whether she had any special reasons for hysteria-after all, she is not easy, she asks Putin to Putin. But what we saw in the frame (under the cry of Vinokurova) was impressive. The bulldozer broke the communications salon near the Kropotkinskaya metro station, and in the communication salon, by the way, he continued to burn the light festively and people walked, faxes and xeroxes worked. Nearby there was a cop - with stupid facial expressions, unable to determine for himself whether he should protect in this situation the authority of his boss Sobyanin or prevent a possible accident. Still, the bucket was already dangerously hollowed on the roof, and the whole structure threatened to bury everyone in it. The result is such that Vinokurov continuously screamed continuously, and the cop decided just in case to maintain an expression of dumb and thereby limit himself. Unfortunately, today this excellent Vinokurova clip is deleted by the user, which, apparently, testifies to someone made to her a sentence, which could not be abandoned.

The second parts of this drama refers to the struggle of explanations.

The picture clearly did not bring the popularity of either the Moscow authorities or the higher, creating the same thing, but on a global scale. The volitional reduction of thousands of jobs in Moscow and the destruction of private property together with property, while the country is immersed in the most severe economic crisis, contributed to an increase in anxiety. And what will happen to our apartments? With a summer house? With work? God knows how it is designed there. They will drive up with a bulldozer and - Hello! It was urgent to come up with something in response. And you know, there are people with vile thoughts who came up with a pogrom is purification.

From the vile vipers , from the arrived Abdullah-Sharmist, trading (apparently in the interior of the communications) spice. And Sobyanin is Lancelot, beats ... For the beauty, which is understood when suddenly the emptiness that arose. At first, he sold us a goat (for many years her strigg, issued permission, compacted and collected the bribe), and then resolutely freed from the goat. (It is possible to bring a new goat.) But for some reason everyone was attached.

As G. Satarov noted, suddenly the spaces of unprecedented beauty opened before the Muscovites, and they were incredibly delighted with this. They said to themselves: what did we go to these tents? Why did we like bread, burgers and SIM cards within walking distance? What did we drink beer there before, when you can just stand and look in the perspective and breathe fresh air? The city is not a place for a vain life, hard work, in fact, survival in difficult conditions, and the federal museum, in which they go on tiptoe and on a paid ticket. If they stand in lines, then exclusively on Serov or to the conservatory. And they dream of the era of Russian emperors. Both Navalny and Ksenia Sobchak wrote about getting rid of ugliness chains, although they admitted that a small problem is liable in this deliverance - legal.

The problem is really small. After the seizure of Crimea by Russia (with which the Third World War practically began), legal innovation was proposed (N 258-FZ, paragraph 4 of 07/13/2015) on the hopeless alienation of property if the property is not executed by law. You see, in the Crimea, all the property formalized by the former Ukrainian administration was not registered according to the law of the new Russian administration. That's what a harden! And, therefore, anything can be done with her.

You can complainly left to the loyal owner, or you can take it away. You can take it away from some, and leave others. Etc. Moreover, this innovation seemed so magnificent, revealing such unprecedented prospects for maneuvering in law enforcement that they decided to spread it from the Black Sea coast to the entire territory of the Russian Federation through the Moscow Center.

It would seem that in the words of the legislator there is great justice. After all, not everything is selected, not everyone, they do not expropriately, but only that which is unrighteously designed. And there is nothing here, you see, to hide behind the papers given by us! Make righteously, sanctify with a cross and holy water, and there will be no more complaints about you. However, in other good intentions of the legislator, as you know, lies the hellish paradox.

What is by the law, and that we are not by law, it turns out, it turns out, it is not a court in an open polemic, but an executive official, whose will, of course, have the right to protest in court retroactively - we do not quite have despotism, but this only means "to swallow the dust." Under Luzhkov, they swallowed and will swallow with Sobyanin. For beauty is a terrible force, you can’t be thoroughly won against the beauty of the bureaucratic decision.

In order not to get confused in analogies for a long time ... After all, we could also turn the NEP with our NEP because of beauty. True, not because. We did not think to fill in about beauty, there was not enough cynicism. And they could, because NEP, Nepmans are not beautiful enough.
