One of my friends, living in a small village in the Krasnodar Territory, talked about how she and another socially active person in the last election worked observers. Two people for thirty thousand inhabitants. My acquaintance knows many. And those who were a member of the election commissions, on the eve of the elections, asked her not to come to their plots. Embarrassed, they admitted that they would be forced to jam the results, raising the turnout and interest on the desired candidate. And what they are forced to do, because they do not want to have problems at work. And there will definitely be problems if there are no required results.

And now my friend and her partner chose one site where there were no acquaintances, and came there to the beginning of the vote. What caused a terrible commotion. The chairman of the commission began to call somewhere, and the acquaintance heard that she reported on force majeure on the polling station entrusted to her. All day my friend with a partner spent on the site, replacing each other. And during the counting of the votes, they carefully watched how they laid out the packs of the ballots, and then did not let the chairman hide with the protocols-she turned out to be some kind of indecisive, too intelligent. As a result, the results in this single area were very different from all other areas: a 15%turnout, despite the fact that in other areas 32%. And the desired candidate did not win only on this site.

In general, the presence of these observers in domestic polling stations is a force majeure circumstance. And fraud, providing the desired result with illegal methods is a common thing. But imagine how many people throughout the country are involved in falsification of elections. Especially if these are federal elections. Hundreds of thousands. And they all know that they violate the law. The small part of them organizes violations, giving appropriate instructions (of course, in oral form, so that there is no material evidence), the rest forced to commit a crime. Because what they all do is a crime. And although none of them - neither the first nor the latter - will answer for this before the law, which they are absolutely sure, they live with knowledge of the unrighteousness of the deed. They perfectly understand that they have committed a crime. And this knowledge gradually pursues them, without leaving them for a second, depriving real peace of mind.

Such knowledge lives in officials of different ranks, habitually extorting bribes for the performance of their immediate duties or if they are related to the distribution of budget funds, brazenly requiring rollouts for this, shamelessly stolen money allocated for some projects. Like any person, they justify themselves with certain arguments. For example, this: I work hard and difficult, and the state does not pay extra to me, in the America-English, I would receive much more, so I have to take measures myself to compensate for the underpayment. However, they still cannot fully deceive themselves, forget that they are ordinary thieves, extortionists, bribe takers, that is, real criminals. This does not go without a trace. Sooner or later it will show itself.

And what is happening in our law enforcement and judicial systems? Domestic law enforcement officers and judges have long ceased to surprise us, in a friendly bunch of factory affairs and condemning the innocent and leading from the punishment of the guilty.

Alexei Navalny was condemned, albeit conditionally. At the same time, the judge, giving the real five years, perfectly understood that the blogger-opposition and his business colleague Peter Officers did not steal the forest in the Kirov region. Zealous law enforcement officers are actively preparing new cases against a critic of power that caused her a lot of troubles. They prepare, regardless of the absurdity of the charges: sensitive to orders from above, the SK employees saw a criminal offense where it could not be by definition - in a commercial transaction. Other investigators and prosecutors in the sweat work work to ensure that Mikhail Khodorkovsky gets the third term and never released, although it is no secret to them that he received the first two. Investigators, prosecutors, judges who concocted the accusation and gave the deadlines , knew that the hooligans from Pussy Riot did not destroy the foundations of the state and the Orthodox faith; that ecologists who tried to save the protected Black Sea forests from the presidential and patriarchal cottages cannot be equated to criminals; That people accused of participating in the riots and the attack on the police are innocent, that in fact, on May 6, 2012 there were no mass riots, and the police themselves provoked separate clashes with the police.

And at this time, these criminals, avid embezzlers, burned corrupt officials who occupy or occupy high positions or have important relatives, are released from punishment with all kinds of tricks. Maxim Klastutailo, accused in the framework of the high -profile case of Oboronservis, was released at the end of October, because the investigation did not manage to bring to him the prosecution. Khodorkovsky - managed. Navalny - managed. Bolotnaya prisoners - even as they managed. But Zakutilo did not have time. Serdyukov was made a modest accusation of negligence so that he successfully falls under an amnesty on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Constitution. No one was found guilty of the death of Sergei Magnitsky - neither the FSIN officers nor the prison doctors. And in relation to the former investigator of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Pavel Karpov, who is obedient not only in the unreasonable arrest of Sergei Magnitsky, but also in combining the service in law enforcement agencies with business, which was clearly not within the means, the alert of the RF IC did not consider it possible to initiate a matter without seeing for that reason. And how many officials and short terms have received conditional or short terms, being guilty of the theft of millions and even billions of rubles, because investigators and judges showed incredible kindness for them. And the prosecutors, who roofed the gambling business, who did not suffer any punishment, since even higher prosecutors intervened for this. You can continue for a very long time.

All these investigators, prosecutors, judges know very well what they have committed or commit a crime. Judge Blinov, who sentenced Navalny to five, and officer - to four years in prison, could not help but understand that they did not steal the whole forest. Blinov committed a crime, condemning the innocent. Like investigators who fabricated this case, and prosecutors who supported the false accusation. All of them fulfilled the will of the high bosses. Therefore, they are not afraid that they will be punished. And of course they justify themselves. But they know that they have committed a crime. And this knowledge lives with them, slowly eating their souls.

This is knowledge with those who condemned Khodorkovsky with Lebedev for a long term, having confirmation that they did not steal all Yukos oil. With those who fulfilled the “high order”, composing and supporting the lie, and with those who are now fulfilling the new “high order”, which will turn into a third term. This is knowledge with those who killed Sergei Magnitsky: investigators who accused him of what was not, judges who illegally prolonged the detention, prison doctors who constantly refused him medical care, the Federal Penitentiary Service, who tortured him. And with those, including former tax bosses who organized the theft of 5.4 billion rubles, which he wanted to prevent magnet. And this knowledge will inevitably manifest itself in the most unpleasant way.

This is knowledge with those who condemned the girls from Pussy Riot, the main “wine” of which was in the anti -Putin orientation of their performance. (It is quite obvious that, they sing in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior “the Virgin, Obama of the run”, there would have been no judicial term.) And with those who were mocking them in places of imprisonment. (As, however, with those who are massively mocking other prisoners.)

This knowledge lurks in the depths of the consciousness of those investigators who try to give out separate clashes with the police on May 6, 2012, who took place through her fault, for the riots, and prosecutors who supported false accusations, and judges Nikishina, who openly show that she was completely on the side of the accusation, constantly showing cruelty against the accused. It is, this is knowledge, and it will remind of itself. Will certainly remind. He has no statute of limitations.

And how many innocent sits in prisons and camps; Moreover, those who were imprisoned by mistake, are much less than those who were planted by malicious minds - to take away the business, eliminate the competitor or punish for obstinacy, for criticism. Last law enforcement officers and local officials love to do: only a journalist or a resident of a small city publicly criticizes the local leadership, it immediately turns out that he is a criminal, they have a criminal case, give a real term. And everyone, from the investigator, the prosecutor to the judge, they know that they send an innocent to the law to the dawn. They know that they are committing a crime. And no matter how they justify themselves in their own eyes, this is knowledge with them. It will make itself felt, sooner or later.

They know that all these people who are performing unrighteous affairs are as if in the interests of the state. They know that it is in their life that is wrong. And what their fault is before their own soul. This is the main thing. Not for our complacency. For the celebration of justice. For nothing remains without consequences - neither good nor evil deeds. Everyone will be rewarded with his measure. And they will be rewarded. Regardless of whether it will reach the court in the next government or will not reach. Without any participation of false accusations and unreasonable court decisions. Payment is inevitable. Because you can’t do evil with impunity.
