The lack of political ambitions is also an indispensable key to a healthy strong sleep.
However, compliance with these simple rules is mandatory only for those whose business is really successful. If things go either Shatko or Walkko, then you can not go to the Kremlin - you are not interested in anyone there. Who is the hunt to invest in development, to establish a business when you can wait until others do it, and then just take away the property? How? Very simple - with the help of various state institutions. Courts, tax authorities, the most diverse power structures are obedient tools in the hands of the ruling class, whose strategy of global redistribution of property is already clearly outlined.
The last example is the story with the company East Line , which to this day owns and controls the Domodedovo airport. According to Kommersant, over the incomplete five years, the airport complex from a loss -making turned into a profitable one, income from various kinds of services only last year amounted to almost 2 billion rubles. Yes, and there is no need to delve into any numbers - anyone who has recently visited Domodedovo could evaluate what wonderful changes have occurred there. In the current situation, it would be strange if such a tidbit fell out of sight of the inhabitants of the Kremlin. Well, he didn’t fall out: on November 8, the Moscow Arbitration Court recognized as invalid (speaking the legal language, “insignificant”) a privatization agreement of 1996, according to which East Line received actual control over the Domodedovo airport. Infrastructure investments over the past years amounted to almost half a billion dollars.
Claims to "East Line" are presented by a dew. Therefore, if all judicial procedures eventually end in favor of the plaintiffs (which is unlikely to doubt), the best airport complex in the country will return to state control.
In general, the accumulation of business assets is a tendency of recent times. It is enough to look at the frantic activity of the same Gazprom that boughts everything that is bad and well lies. In this regard, it is appropriate to talk about the deterioration of the investment climate, that state -owned companies are significantly less effective than private ones (we are building capitalism or what?), That this trend does not help reduce the corruption component in the Russian economy. But where is the mercenary interest of specific officials here, they will ask me? Property goes to the state.
The fact of the matter is that the new large-scale nationalization is only the first stage of a simple combination. The second (let's call it secondary privatization), when the accumulated property begins to be distributed into private hands, it was not long to wait long. Only this will be completely different hands.
However, this method of leaving property is possible only when privatization took place. But what about successful companies that were built from scratch? Leave the enemy? Yes, never in life. Here, tax inspections mechanisms go into business, the company is brought to bankruptcy and, as a result, acquires a new owner. The right owner.
In many cases, expropriation is carried out even without observing the necessary legal formalities. The haste and negligence with which the above campaign is carried out can indicate that the current owners of life are firmly sure: the institutions of state power will always be at their utter disposal, and, therefore, they have nothing to fear. But another interpretation is also possible: the inhabitants of the Kremlin have already realized that their authorities were coming to an end, and are in a hurry to radically improve their financial situation before the onset of difficult times, when completely different people take their seats.
