The construction site came close to the temple. An architectural monument of the 17th century, which is called the “pearl of Zamoskvorechye”, is under threat. Apartments in a non-existent building are almost sold out, although sq. a meter of housing here costs 12 thousand dollars - after all, a view of the Kremlin. The necessary papers were passed through all Moscow authorities. It was only saved by the intervention of Rosokhrankultura, which immediately found violations in the project. Recently, the temple was issued a passport, which clearly indicates the boundaries of its territory. Construction of the complex has been suspended. The temple fought with the builders for two years, and only Rosokhrankultura helped. But what about residents of simple houses who find themselves in the same situation?
