Serve Gudkov
Gudkova will probably be deprived of a mandate. I say “probably” in a situation where, it would seem, all doubts are excluded. When the crap enters the Duma on top, and “United Russia” takes under the visor, there is no doubt that one way or another this crap will be approved. But doubts remain with Gudkov. Because the entire corporate deputy system is put under attack. Because Gudkova wants to punish for what the good half of the deputy hall is doing (at least half). And in this case, the instinct of self -preservation on the principle of “no matter what happened” and “first he, and then they will get to me,” can take over the party discipline.
But I want to say a little about something else. In order to rot Gudkov by regulations, nutrient conditions have been created. Change living conditions, change the laws, and then for arbitrariness will be less and less open.
So I, for example, have always been an opponent of the income declaration. Precisely because these declarations are not caused by nothing but laughter. Putin has the same garage and trailer as ten years ago, and someone has no housing, no car, no money on someone. At the same time, it is obvious to everyone that these people are not homeless and not poor. So this mechanism does not work! And they gradually came to demand a declaration of expenses. Because if a deputy buys a villa, equal in value to his salary for a hundred years, we understand that this deputy is a crook. And look at how briskly the obligation to report on income was once adopted, and how the story with a declaration of expenses was just as briskly stalled!
The same thing with a conflict of interests and with illegal entrepreneurial activities. Why is this necessary, and who can be reassured/deceive with this? Was the deputy a millionaire, and then received a mandate and “moved away”? Yeah, he went away. And where is he a business of things that he did yesterday? Ah, transferred his wife to the department? Entrusted a friend? And not a rally asked how his former business feels there? And did not take a penny of old memory? And, accepting the laws, he never thought about the former direction of his former activity? Well, why is this booth?
And why is this newfangled idea to make officials choose - either leave the post, or sell foreign assets? Firstly, they will not sell it anyway, but in the same way they will be handed over to the wife and friend. Secondly, what's the difference, what do you own, if you own this for honestly earned money? That's what a thing! They play with the people as a fool. They pretend that they are poor and therefore do not possess anything. They will pretend that they are patriots and therefore do not own anything abroad.
I think that not only honest, but it will be more useful, if the deputies can have any open business. Let them be billionaires, Latifundists, have shares in any enterprises in any parts of the world. And we will know that their expensive cars and houses, yachts and lands are not purchased for “black” money, but thanks to the ability to honestly earn. If, of course, it is thanks to this skill that they will have all this.
And we will be able to follow whose interests, which business groups they defend, adopting certain laws-because we will have a list of their own enterprises and shares. And Gudkova can no longer be thrown out of the Duma only because he has a security company, which he is forced to draw up for his wife, and he is caught on some protocols and certificates using muddy Bulgarians. He would be an open owner, he would not have the current problems. There would probably be some others. But these would not be.
