Ex-head of the Nefteyugan police villages for the misuse of a car

The former head of the Police of Nefteyugansk, Colonel Sergey Dubsky, was sentenced to a year in a general regime colony. The court session was held today, the New Region reports.

As the investigation established, the policeman enjoyed his position in the bodies in order to bring his wife to the place of work in Surgut and vice versa for free (cities are divided 65 kilometers) in an official car. He regularly gave the corresponding order to the subordinate. This affected the work of a guard of order, who could not fulfill his immediate duties, as he was busy with a car. The budget suffered 35 thousand rubles. Dubsky was convicted of abuse of authority (part 1 of article 285 of the Criminal Code).
