Our people have some strange idea of the world. If something is wrong in the world, then you just need to come up with a beautiful instructions for using this world and everything will work out. That football chief Fursenko came up with the “Code of Honor”, which was worthwhile to sign - and all the villains had to instantly turn into angels. Now in Moscow they come up with some kind of Muscovite Code.
These will be some rules of behavior of foreigners in the white stone, designed to make the stay of these annoying, untidy, wild, non -pouring citizens not so tiring for the highly spiritual inhabitants of the capital.
In principle, I, of course, for the fact that people who arrived in my hometown behave in it with dignity and respect for the natives. This is not always observed. But is there always a worthy attitude of the Aborigines to visitors? The word "chock" has become common. Police requisitions turned into such everyday life that it is unlikely that at least one of the migrants was not subjected to robbery from people in uniform and at least one of the people in form did not live at the expense of visitors. The Muscovite Code, as I understand it, intends to prohibit cutting rams in the courtyard, walking in national clothes, there are barbecues on the balcony or performing the songs of the villages and dancing of the auls. I agree, cutting the rams wherever it is not good. There are special places for this rite, and if you live surrounded by people who are unpleasant, if children who are not accustomed to such paintings see it, then, probably, you should not do this. But it already depends on the culture of specific people. It doesn’t matter if the case happens in Moscow, in St. Petersburg or somewhere else.
And by the way, it is not clear to me why for Moscow there should be some separate code of conduct. For the metro, the set of rules really needs a separate one. And to use the elevator too. And the rules of conduct in society should be more or less the same - in Moscow, what is in any other Russian city.
In general, the story with the rams is an exceptional case. Basically, as it seemed to me, the ideas of the Moscow Code grow from a simple hostility to visitors. If the Uzbek goes in his Uzbek robe - to whom does it bother and what? Why is the Caucasian song worse than the Negro rap? However, no one demands to prohibit the execution of rap? Songs in English sound everywhere. Or some kind of toto kutuno in his old age gives a chase in the country, and the people nostalgically leads his long-standing hits. Doesn't it bother anyone? But it is not sung in Russian! And in Moscow it would be necessary to explain in an understandable language.
Or here the same Caucasians will be frying barbecue. Let even on the balcony - not good! And when my neighbor on the balcony was frying Baranin (Russian neighbor!), So the whole house decided that the fire is not contrary to the Code, right? And drunk cries under the window? And the fights in the middle of the night in the yard? Or is it a part of our cultural tradition that we got from the ancestors of the Heritage? That is, his native indecency will flourish, as it flourished, but you can’t walk in a skullcap?
I understand that Moscow is large, dirty, noisy, troubled, not like the one that we remember from childhood. And it's sad. But the simplest is to blame the visitors. And this, by the way, is not only our problem. This is the problem of all the big cities of the world. Paris and his Arab quarters. New York and his Brighton Beach, where visitors in twenty years, by the way, have not learned English, listen to thieves' songs and fried the same barbecue. There are difficulties everywhere. Because in large cities, poor people stretch. People who are not similar to the locals. People who go to the most difficult work for the most modest money. And there is no universal solution to the problem yet. But we all took some very vulgar forms with us. However, if we want us to have a normal capital, where everyone feels more or less comfortable and feel like people, you need to start definitely not with tubettiks and barbecue on the balcony.
