Mikhail Khodorkovsky will be transferred to solitary confinement. Lawyers claim that transfer to “solitary confinement” is possible only in case of a very serious violation of the law; this is a harsh punishment and, in this case, absolutely unlawful. The director of the FSIN, on the contrary, assures that measures have been taken to avoid further speculation. What Kalinin calls speculation in this case is also unclear: the recent story with tea, the attack on Khodorkovsky with a knife? Who is speculating: the media, the attacker, Khodorkovsky himself, or perhaps the colony administration?..
