As the statistics of linden Russian dissertations, the Community of the disserter regularly considers the scored statistics from a particular angle of view. This helps to understand the dynamics of the process of reproduction of pseudo -scientists, understand the causes of this phenomenon, reproduce the landscape of the disaster and identify its most dangerous foci.

This time we will consider the statistics of dissertation with large -scale incorrect borrowing on the dissertation tips. We will focus on the leaders, that is, on those dissertation councils in which, according to the Dissernet community, there have been successful protection of more than twenty candidates and doctors of sciences who borrowed other people's thoughts and texts in volume, comparable to the volume of their dissertation work. Such statistics are presented in Fig. 1. The numbers on the right correspond to the number of works that have fallen into the Dissernet community database. Red stripes -Neva current tips, black are already closed, whose activities are suspended. As can be seen from Fig. 1, the main stream of fake texts proceeds from the dissertation tips created at higher educational institutions. Against this background of the White Vorono, one Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences is distinguished-the Institute of Informatics and the problems of the regional management of the Kabardino-Balkarian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Iipru), located in the city of Nalchik, the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria. This is really an outstanding result, since the next in this rating, the dissertation council formed at the scientific institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences lags behind the leader more than fifty positions filled with all kinds of universities and academies, almost uniform layer covering the geographical map of our country. The scientists who are led in the dissertation council under the Jipr are now working at various universities of the North Caucasus region.

In April 2011, the activities of the dissertation council 002.261.01 under the IIPRU were suspended according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. However, as is usually the case in similar cases, the defense of linden dissertations under the guidance of Jipra’s employees easily moved to neighboring friendly and still existing tips. A striking example is the defense of the doctoral dissertation of Raisa Khusainovna Azieva, whose scientific consultant was not anyone, but the current director of the Institute of Informatics and the problems of the regional administration of the KBNC RAS, Dokt. tech. Sciences, professor, Honored Science of the Russian Federation, laureate of the Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR Pyotr Matsovich Ivanov. The protection of the work of R. Kh. Azieva successfully took place in Vladikavkaz in May 2012, that is, about a year after the suspension of the already mentioned home dissertation council in Nalchik, the chairman of which was P. M. It can be seen that the work of the ward director of the Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences is a compilation from the earlier candidate work of the doctoral student, and a dozen other people's work. This type of perennial coloring in the Dissernet community is called Patch Work or a “colored rug”. A good example of youth is given by the head of the Scientific Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences!

Speaking of youth. On the above example of the work of the fake dissertation factory in the KBNC RAS, it is easy to make sure how quickly young people learn how to work their senior colleagues. To illustrate this thesis, we will take the dissertation work of the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Jipmra Kand. Econ. Sciences O. Z. Zagazezheva [2] , or a former graduate student of Jipr A. S. Zaylov [3] , or now the associate professor of the Department of Expertise and Real Estate Management of the Grozny State Oil Technical University, Ph.D. Econ. Sciences S.V. Israilov. Yes, many more - only, according to the far from complete data of the community, Dissernet nearly three dozen of such scientists received their degrees in the Iipra.

The reader may think that the dissertation council, which was headed by P. M. Ivanov, is already closed and there are no reasons for a new concern. However, Pyotr Matsovich still leads the Kabardino-Balkarian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences and, according to some information, can lead the new regional center, which will combine all the institutions of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the region in one legal entity. It seems that the problems with dubious dissertations in the wounds will not end soon.
