If there is an idea to introduce such a holiday “Civil Society Day” (though, after all, an idiotic idea?!), Then such a day should become January 13th.

To this conclusion, and its absurdity competes only with its insignificance, I came as follows. At first I learned that soon the coordination council of the opposition (CSU, not to be confused with the Constitutional Court is a constitutional court). Then I suddenly thought: what should they think about before gathering? Or in other words: what will they go to this meeting with? Understand me correctly: I asked myself these questions quite by accident. I began to think about it, not going to teach anyone. Novely my one! I just thought: here they gathered, legitimate protest leaders who became such according to the results of the vote in order to coordinate and lead this protest. So they gathered after January 13, when suddenly, by accident, it turned out that all of them, really coordinating, heading, calling and leading, are not needed so that this protest could take place, coordinate, etc.

And again I urge you to understand me correctly. I say this is not in order of criticism of the QSO or its members. Novely my one! Moreover, I believe that if he had not been, then he had to be invented. Because if there were no CSOs consisting of protest leaders who are recognized by us according to the results of the elections we recognized, then we would not soon find out that society may well do without leaders . This conclusion is an important result on January 13.

You can ask me, but what about the initiators of the procession!? I answer: And they are not leaders! More precisely, they are not leaders in the sense in which we applied this word to those who gathered in the CSR. Here's the question for you: what would it be for these wonderful guys who started a procession, then what? And here is my answer to you: nothing! There would be others. And this fact does not at all detract from the procession made by the initiators. Simply, they and those who would be found instead of them, and many of them, and those who came to the procession or for some reason did not come, all of them are society. Rather, they became society on January 13, not yet realizing this, when it was suddenly found that they did not need CSO to do something that could not be done, without which each of us and we would all consider ourselves scoundrels similar to those against whom we went to Moscow Boulevards.

And this is not only in Moscow. In other cities too. Somewhere several thousand, as in Rrrevolutionary Peter. Somewhere several hundred, as in Tomsk, in which, it would seem, everything has long stalled and faded. Somewhere in general several people (honor to them and praise!). They went out because everyone individually and all together understood: it is impossible to go out. Everything, behind - emptiness and treasure. Therefore, we must go out, and then - only forward.

Society is born when it begins to realize its subjectivity. And this is possible if you begin to understand that the leaders are secondary. These are just monkeys that were on the back of the elephant (no offense, the right word). Society in itself, regardless of the availability of leaders, because whenever the need arises, it gives rise to those who later, post -fact, rewards the leader of the leader. But, I emphasize once again. The leaders are secondary. Primary society. This it pushes forward leaders as necessary.

And now I will return to the CSR. Think for yourself. Here the unfortunate Navalny blurted out that several hundred people would come to the procession. It turned out that if Navalny does not lead the process, then the process goes without a bulk. But this is not enough. After all, you might think that the whole thing is in Navalny. That, perhaps, he is just the leader without whom the process can go as successfully as with him. Well, this is, of course, not in Navalny. After all, the process successfully goes without CSO, without a whole coordinating organ, in which there are many wonderful leaders: Kasparov, Sobchak, and many others, without which, it would seem, nothing can happen. And then suddenly it turned out - maybe.

And again understand me correctly. The point here is not that the CSO consists of Navalny, Kasparov, Sobchak and other wonderful leaders. If this body consisted of fifty Satarovs, I would write the same thing. The point is not in the CSR and its personal composition, but the fact that there is society in Russia, and it is primary. It is strong that it is structured randomly. This is a constantly boiling fruitful broth that generates the necessary when it is necessary. It gives rise to some AD HOC organs and then dissolves them in itself when and if they lose their need. To parody inside society, state bodies, of course, are ridiculous, but completely unproductive.

Does this mean that Navalny, Kasparov, Sobchak and other wonderful CSR members are not needed? Of course not! All this means completely different: whenever it comes to mind that they are primary, they are a little likened to those against whom we went to Moscow Boulevards on January 13. Similarly, we turn into a herd when we believe them primary.

There are simply differences between the crowd and society. For society, a leader is its temporary functional part. But relative to the crowd, the leader is outside and above it. This crowd can shout again into the microphone: “Two times two!”, And the crowd together and with the enthusiasm of mutual understanding barks in response: “Four!”. Society can also respond, but rather out of politeness and with irony. The crowd needs to chant something to find a sense of community. Society already possesses this feeling, and it calmly does without.

Of course, in my thoughts, which I now describe, I thought not only about the possible day of civil society. I also thought about those conclusions that follow me described. And this is what I did.

For power. The fact that a protest is possible without a CS means, firstly, the futility of the struggle of power with those who can be called the leaders of protest. But this is particular. There are also seconds. I already had to write: in the confrontation between the authorities and society, power cannot win. Society can lose, die, but only with the authorities. This is called the decay of society. But we see in society not the process of degradation, but something completely opposite. This is confirmed by the past Sunday. So, the chances of the decay of society are reduced along with the chances of power.

Thirdly, if the CSR brought us to the streets, then who? The answer is obvious - power. This means that the main threat of power is not CSR, not society, but power itself. She has only one chance - to come to society and ask: what should I do so that he does not destroy myself with your hands?

Now the conclusions are for society. First: for victory, society does not need either Yeltsin or other similar leaders. Yes, without them is more difficult, it increases the load of responsibility for each of us. But it is more reliable and forever. Otherwise, we are a herd of rams in anticipation of the shepherd.

Second. It is great that the CSO called himself a proto -parliament! From here, making sure that the CSU is secondary, no matter how he dignified himself, we realize that the real parliament is secondary, how, I am not afraid of this conclusion, and the real president, and power in general. We understand that this insight is inaccessible to the current parliament or to someone who is now calling themselves as president. But we are all obliged to remember this, since one of us will become a deputy or president. And then he must fall asleep and wake up with the main idea that he is secondary, that he would temporarily push up the society and that it would be good for him to return back. But this will not work if you suddenly forget about your secondaryness. How not to return to society to those whose portraits sailed over the Moscow Boulevards on January 13, 2013 and sunk in garbage tanks.

And what are the conclusions for the CSR? The first and most not obvious: everything that happened does not cancel the CSR. He has a bunch of shortcomings - from motley composition to chronic slowness. But this only means that its possible advantages and advantages have not yet been manifested. Society takes the fact that he is fraught with many different blanks for an unpredictable future, including in the form of various informal microfitates. Hence the second: January 13 showed that the CSR cannot and should not claim the monopoly in what it was created for - in the coordination and organization of protest actions. However, he also cannot claim such a monopoly excellently worked “solidarity” as two girls who were the first to come up with the idea of ​​a march. In the absence of this monopoly and in the variety of institutions and capabilities - the power of society. It is useful to remember this to all of us.
