Medvedev, with all the obviously and, above all, remains a member of the ruling corporation - and only nominally is listed as the President of the Russian Federation ...

Therefore-of course, I understand Mr. Barschevsky to be noticed in the defense of the authorities, but by golly: the Medvedev image in the vile Seliger history is the last subject for concern.
