I understand that, surrounded by Mr. President, unfortunately, there are those who are unprofitable to publish my question to the president, I even admit that my question will be “uncomfortable”, but I know that Dmitry Anatolyevich reads the Internet, so I inform everyone that I am asking this question. And I recommend that each author of each question duplicate him, at least in LiveJournal. This precaution will give a chance to Dmitry Anatolyevich to see an objective picture. Write Medvedev’s blog - take it to it in your “Live magazine”, or then they will say that no one asked any question. And the appeal to the president may well bring significant assistance and change the fate, for example, hospitals in Ryazan. For some reason, many mechanisms of normal life do not work in our country, and, I'm afraid, the president understands this. Judges - judge, prosecutors - to blame. Protection - protect. Doctors - to treat ... investigators - investigate ... The president is to rule the country and be a guarantor of the constitution.

The judge is such a special person who should evaluate how convincing evidence of the guilt of the defendant is. If we are talking, for example, about theft, then the task of the prosecution to prove that the theft was. Mr. President, your judges and your prosecutors from their hands are poorly prepared for the process. They must be disqualified. You are a lawyer yourself, is it not obvious? Judges and prosecutors for some reason behave as if the outcome of the case is already predetermined. In addition, for some reason, the statement of Valdes-Kharsia is ignored that they tried to beat the testimony on Khodorkovsky and Lebedev from him. In addition, the prosecutor of Gulchara Ibragimov allows himself a statement that "the defendants flaunts to their fans." What does this unproven statement have to do with the essence of the accusation? Why, when it became known about the preparation of the second process, have not been able to prepare better for it? Why do the defendants look much more legally competent than the whole royal army?

Mr. President, I ask, no, I conjure you publicly, through any television channel, radio or newspaper to call all participants in the process of Khodorkovsky-Lebedev strictly act according to the law, because, if they are not acting according to the law, they themselves violate him? The latter must be said, and it is also necessary to add that the law will be ruthless in relation to every civil servant who violates it. Maybe neither the judges nor the prosecutors of the case of Khodorkovsky-Lebedev know this?

Mr. President, I believe that the guarantor of the Constitution, and even with a legal education, should be a good lawyer yourself? Pay attention to the most egregious inconsistencies in this matter! And do not listen to those who are trying to explain anything to you without witnesses, because you yourself know their price, otherwise they would not have started a blog?

And once again I appeal to everyone who has questions or requests for the president: do not hesitate to announce them. Apparently, they are vital for Dmitry Anatolyevich so that those who cast his votes in the elections do not doubt that they put them on a faithful candidate. And since in the presidential environment, including those who administer the blog, there are also pests, do not consider it for the work to give links to your questions and appeals in the resources available to you.
