If such a situation is preserved, there is no doubt that the senior and younger ranks of the military police will begin to make a profit from their situation at the moment, as soon as they receive the necessary powers.

It is impossible to create a “correct” military police in a situation where the Russian Army in the Russian Army is actually missing professional sergeants, which is precisely the institution that ensures the maintenance of discipline in parts and formations. It is impossible to create an effective military police in the absence of correctly motivated officers who think not about what grounds (with or without an apartment, with monetary compensation or in the absence of it) they will leave the armed forces, but about how to better prepare their soldiers for battle.

Finally, the military police officers themselves should be prepared in special schools, where they would instill firm respect for the law.

In a word, a system in which the Russian military police could bring at least some benefit, simply does not exist. Neither in the state, nor in the army. Well, if we are talking about a kind of project aimed at the future. That is, military police trained at the Special Academy will appear simultaneously with professional sergeants prepared in the famous Ryazan School of Airborne Forces. And they will educate the soldiers along with the graduates of one of the ten scientific and educational centers, which should raise the “new system” officers.

However, if someone believes that, having hung on the plaques of five thousand unprepared soldiers, he will strengthen discipline in the armed forces, then this is a deep misconception. All these reasoning, of course, have a meaning only if some officials in the Ministry of Defense did not set themselves the goal of discrediting the very idea of ​​the military police. Those.
