With Vladimir Pastukhov, we once began to write on one site, in Polit.ru. And I love this political publicist, although I do not always agree with him. But I like his texts - for imagery. This is such a method of writing - political poetry, when a metaphor entails logic and it must be controlled. The writer is more intuitional than follows a banal mainstream. At the same time, we very often begin to intuition synchronously, articulating the same topics at the same time.

For example, analyzing the situation related to the “Case of Golunov”, about which the general public first decided that this is the usual manifestation of the vengeance of individual criminal law enforcement officers in relation to a lonely investigator’s journalist, we wrote about the difference in full growth of the Mafia state and decided that the collision has a deeper reason, rather than the substitution of a single investigator, and The consequences are more serious than provoking another protest or repressive wave.

Pastukhov : “Over the twenty years of the regime, he went through several stages in the sense of the merger of power and crime. At first, crime bought weak power, then the stronger power crushed crime under itself and, finally, they grew into something unified and indivisible, which at the same time with both signs of the state and the properties of the classical mafia. Now the state and the mafia are twins-brothers. ”

I: “.. Really, probably , we can distinguish specific signs that turn the community of the“ ruling class ”into an organized criminal group.”

Both he and I wrote at the same time that in connection with the “business of Golunov,” this situation was really presented on the review of society, but incomprehensible and underestimated at the levels of modern political science and sociology.

Pastukhov: “We cannot fully give up how far this situation has gone and how unique it is even from the point of view of the Russian historical experience rich in all sorts of social perversions.” Me: “Political science is not taken to describe what happened. To some extent, the situation repeats the situation of Soviet social studies, who was taught during my youth in high school of the Soviet school ... "

However, more important than we differ

Pastukhov follows the image and comes to the vision of a funnel, which can suck Russia: “The matter is not in the next punching of a multilayer Russian bottom, but in a change in the landscape of this bottom. Golunova sucked a funnel the size of the Mariana cavity. The whirlpool created by her can easily absorb the whole of Russia. Perhaps the arrest of Golunov is the beginning of the reference of some completely new time. ”

In turn, I also love this figurative row and, too, thinking about the “counting of the New Age”, I see either Leviathan, swallowing post -perestroika jobs, then law enforcement reptiles, wrapping in the “demachisoid” lacoon and, accordingly, a funnel with a non -gazeing bottom, dangerous, primarily, for the “beautiful Russia of the future”. But, unlike Pastukhov, I do not think that it was the “Case of Golunov” that created the funnel. This would be, in my opinion, improper scaling of the entire card. The funnel has already been created before him. It was created by Putinism with the help of respectable fellow travelers of conservative-guardians (at first I wanted to list, and then refused). So, together, they really formed a funnel, which "is able to easily absorb all of Russia." As for the “case of Golunov”, it only highlighted the presence of this funnel (“Ba! Yes, here we have a funnel!”) And added a little oil to the edges so that the slide goes faster and without special delays.

Observation of the funnel

Thus, we have already been recruited, watching the funnel from different angles. Putin does not count; The emerging from St. Petersburg gates, he is too rich and successful today to bother on this subject, and he never buys medicines in a pharmacy. Although we all evaluate life on the edge in different ways. Alexander Prokhanov, who joined our company, also joined our company, for example, offers to maintain a funnel as a unique natural phenomenon or monument of historical architecture, thereby reconciling with its existence (“there were 5 Stalins in Russian history ... In general, in the 4th block (in a funnel) there is life! This is what optimism-2019 looks like, which, apparently, is separated by the “best people of our town”, starting from Matvienko and Moskalkova and ending with Gusev and Vinokurova . True, you begin to glow a little as a result of radiation and grind the tails, the frightening western investors, but this is not a disaster. Disaster - liberal human rights and uncompromising dismantling of a disgusting state. In any case, a familiar political strategist claims, evolution is better than a revolution. You must understand, inside the 4th block, lying on graphite rods.

On the contrary, the left loyalist Petr Akopov (the permanent author of the “look”) does not consider the constitutional system, in general terms, which was formed after August 1991, something unshakable and seeks the fall to the bottom of the funnel (evolution of the constitutional system) as a return to a certain land, and attempts to crawl away from the edges of the funnel-as anti-state activities. The state, according to Akop, is not extremely disgusting, it is great, because it gradually changes for the better.

“There is no need to shout that everything was lost and the authorities were bent under the liberal blackmail ... There is a crisis of trust - but it is not unique, but cyclical, and is associated with the fundamental problems of hospitalism, that is, the very system that has developed in Russia after 1991 and does not meet national self -consciousness. The system will gradually change, the elite will change even faster - and trust will gradually return. There can be no revenge of cosmopolitan capitules in principle-as well as the weakening of Putin. ”

In the funnel

My other correspondence comrade, the son of the Red Director Communist E. (he asks not to give his last name when it comes not about official communist texts) carefully describes a wonderful life at the bottom of the funnel and explains what “gradually change for the better”.

Russia closes. Stops all contacts with the West. Starts life on "all his own." The boots of the factory "Skorokhod". Costumes from the "bright path". Moskvich car. There are no more hypocritical bourgeois democracy as such, the false human rights are canceled. In fact, the country is included in the permanent retaliation mode. Retribution overtakes not only bribe takers, two -rublers, oligarchs, drug dealers, drunken drivers, liberal bloggers, but also all disagreements, because for the sake of a bright future, all resistance must be suppressed.

In other words, E. as an experienced salesman also tries to “sell” me with worried Stalinism. And I - as a person tolerant and negotiating - do not immediately close the door in front of his nose, and each time I try to find out, so what’s good in this product, why should I buy it for myself.

“Because Stalin is a victory,” E. solemnly announces, as if starting to unfold the packaging and sticking his goods into my door gap.

“Oh,” I am amazed, “victory is good, it’s cool, parades there, then yes, but you probably understand that victory is usually paired with war. Does this mean that you offer me to sell millions of so 30 killed in a load? ”

In this place, E. usually becomes unintelligible, referring to the fact that 70% already allegedly purchased a similar product and it would be necessary to hurry up to be enough. Indeed, I read that in Novosibirsk, with the support of the Governor-Ross, a whole large festival of Stalinism is held, and Stalin himself “sticks” intensely at the door to the population of a full-fledged and desire to prolong herself mayor A. Lokot. Such is the power and a social organization in which it becomes easier to find the means of the existence of Akopov and E. than the liberal, an intuitional catastrophe.

The case gets confused

Disaster of the regime or catastrophe of society? It is no coincidence that the “Golunov’s business” is stylistically similar to the Matias Rusta case (1987), after which the resignations of the security forces followed, and the pro -Western restructuring, which Prokhanov fears, reached the peak. This time, it also created a cool crisis, “lit up” the Mafia state, although it has not yet led to the expected “thaw”, or rather, imitated only the “Berievsky thaw”. Having made a cosmetic castle in the punitive organs and released for some reason one (Golunov), the system immediately swallowed by a person of 400 inspired by the expected democratic changes, but she also recruited enemies, floating later on the constitution and the judicial procedure. Meanwhile, nothing has changed dramatically. None of the guilty in the unlawful arrests and falsifications of evidence was overhand, the rich from law enforcement officers remain rich, the principles are not revised. Sentsov continues to serve the twenty -year -old cannibalnious term, where he spent five years imperceptibly for “us in the wild”, try to hold out so much! The system has just written out a three -thousandth fine, possibly the last unquestioned moral authority in the country - Lev Ponomarev, to whom the elite, in theory, should wash his feet and drink water, crowded in line for a pilgrimage, like Putin to Solzhenitsyn. Where, one wonders, should he take these 300 thousand ? Before the victory of the good over the bad, normal over the abnormal, obviously, is still very far away.

In such a state, Akopov is comfortable in such a way, because it develops in the direction he needs (about the direction-E.), and the wise Prokhanov is scary (he understands that such happiness is not forever, and “Annushka has already poured oil”), but he is ready to tolerate, while this is possible, and suddenly Bonvivan Putin will still turn into fifth Stalin.

In general, such precedents are not frequent in history, when a special case catalyzes a multiple understanding of processes in many social strata, including the deviation of the “best people of our town”. Therefore, they should be cherished and used to the fullest. But at the same time, we must understand that not these precedents create a funnel here. The funnel was created by itself for objective reasons, and it was already here in connection with the next historically dead-end attempt to recreate in Russia a total distribution (from top to bottom) the idiocratic state of the mafia-Bolshevik type. It is clear that you can only either cohabit with him ( Ya. Kuzminov, HSE ), or somehow get to the dismantling if you feel responsibility to future generations. Of course, it, of course, is not humanized. In any case, we need a rescue team.

I foresee the objection

And what is the uniqueness, is the rest of the states - this is not the same mafia in principle, are they all not saddened by their bureaucracles, which now build a wall (like Trump), then they build Brexit, like May and Johnson?

The same, but not the same.

Indeed, European states are also both corrupt and tyrannical (there is no uniqueness in this), but, nevertheless, they: a) still remain states with justice (and not with the oprichnina); And b) They try to distance themselves from their pronounced mafia. Even in traditionally, mafia Italy, the state is always a continuous war with the mafia. And it won, possessing large resources than the mafia. The states and the mafia state are easy to distinguish. The states in the intention are modern (strive for modernization, borrowing effective forms) and commodity (inclusive) with a wide range of exchange of mutual services, and the mafia states are archaic and parasite, hierarchical, there are actually instructive blat.

Perhaps it can be considered a mafia state with pirates, or rag with groups, or Bangladesh with corruption and poverty, but our uniqueness is that the Mafia state has become a superpower, the largest size on the planet. And with OMP! This, of course, requires historical and political science.

The most sad thing is that we do not know how it can develop, in which direction (it developed towards Crimea and how it ended), and we also fear, like Prokhanov, to dismantle it. Because so far it pays us pensions, gives electricity to the homes, puts Sobyaninsky tiles and intercepted all the functionality of life support. In other words, with the “business of Golunov”, society, his naive majority, first of appreciation saw what was faced with the abyss, but did not yet know how now to behave with her.
