Pre-conciliar warm-up

At the beginning of March, a joint meeting of two commissions took place in France, where a number of documents were finalized. As a result, many conditions for the restoration of full communion were discussed, and the status of the ROCOR as a self-governing part of the local ROC was determined. There is a decision to publish those documents that have already been approved by the hierarchy both in Moscow and abroad. The Synod will also discuss the IV All-Diaspora Council planned for the first half of next year, from which many expect final decisions.
