At the "March of Dissent" rally, the police detained the secretary of the political council of the "Union of Right Forces" Ivan Starikov. The reason for the detention is unknown. Despite the unprecedented security measures taken by the Moscow authorities, about 4 thousand people have already gathered on Triumphal Square. Despite the ban, the participants are going to walk along Tverskaya Street - this will be extremely difficult, since Triumfalnaya Square is cordoned off on all sides by law enforcement officers. The center of Moscow is literally blocked off by buses with riot police, trucks and fire engines.
