“Generally in a schizo is normal. Well, until the administration begins to provoke you. The IK-5 administration can do this, this is almost their profile.
For example, when placed in the insulator, they did not give me glasses, lenses, religious literature, subscription publications. It is not God the news of what set, but which is laid according to the law, ” - from the letter of Oleg Navalny, published on his Facebook page on October 22, 2015

Oleg Navalny was placed in a schizo for 15 days a day of publication of his first column in The New Times (see No. 34 of October 19, 2015). The brother of the politician Alexei Navalny is now serving a sentence in the Yves Rocher case in the Oryol correctional colony No. 5. According to the representative of the FSIN in the Oryol region, Oleg Navalny was punished for "malicious violation - storage and use of prohibited objects." What kind of items were found, they refused to inform the FSIN. However, Navalny himself wrote that during a search in the hut they found a prohibited SIM card and telephone: the colony officers considered that they belonged to Oleg Navalny, since his brother's number was recorded in the phone’s memory. The New Times Columnist is threatened with a translation on SUS - “strict conditions of detention” that will limit him to the ability to call by phone, as well as in the right to date and transmission. According to lawyer Kirill Polozov, the defense filed a complaint against the punishment of the schizo.
Gennady Afanasyev is also in Shizo - the “accomplice” of the Ukrainian film director Oleg Sentsov, convicted of the Crimean Terrorists. In the correctional colony of the maximum regime No. 25 in Syktyvkar, where he was transferred on October 8, the blades were allegedly found at Afanasyev. The exact date of the transfer to the schizo, neither the lawyer Afanasyev Alexander Popkov, nor the member of the PMC Igor Sazhin know, they did not see the video. Afanasyev himself, in a conversation with the human rights activist, said that the blades were thrown to him. Afanasyeva was sentenced to 7 years in a maximum security colony in December 2014 for participating in the “terrorist community” of Ukrainian director Oleg Sentsov, which allegedly aimed at the exit of the Republic of Crimea from Russia. Afanasyev initially gave a confession and testified against Sentsov and Anti -Fascist Alexander Kolchenko, so his business was considered in a special regime. But in the process in the case of Sentsov himself and Kolchenko, Afanasyev said that he testified under torture.
The Ryazan District Court granted the petition of the defendant of the “swamp business” Alexei Polikhovich about the parole: he had to sit 96 days. The decision comes into force on October 30. In prison and colony, Polikhovich spent more than three years. On February 24, 2014, Polykhovich was sentenced to 3.5 years in a general regime colony under Art. 212 of the Criminal Code - "Mass riots" and Art. 318 of the Criminal Code - "Violence for representatives of the authorities."

The State Duma adopted in the first reading the law, which the media has already been called the "law of sadists": the bill expands the possibilities of applying force and special equipment in relation to prisoners. The bill was supported by 240 deputies, against 59, independent deputy Dmitry Gudkov said on Twitter. If the law is adopted, then the jailers will have legal grounds for practically unlimited violence against convicts, human rights activists believe.
