This version remains the most probable - for purely logical reasons. The Ukrainians had no apparent reason to shoot at the liner. After all, the so-called "militias" do not have aviation. On the other hand, the militants of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic were on the hunt for planes and helicopters of the Ukrainian Air Force in the weeks leading up to the tragedy. To do this, they had air defense systems, of course, quite by accident found in warehouses abandoned by the Ukrainian army. And perhaps not only there.

Most likely, after the forthcoming report on the results of the criminal investigation, the conspiracy theory will become the main one for Russian society: Ukraine shot down the plane in order to blame the separatists, and therefore Russia supporting them. Of course, with the blessing of the United States, which in our coordinate system plays a completely mystical role of an omnipotent deity. In this wonderful world, the Netherlands, Great Britain and Australia cover up the fact of the murder of their citizens by the “Kyiv junta”, because the puppets of the United States are in power in these countries. As faithful viewers of Russian TV channels know for sure, they even choose yogurt for breakfast only after consulting with Washington.

Independent expert investigations, Igor Strelkov’s malicious posts about the downed “birds” erased from websites, a lot of photo and video materials - all this will not only not convince us of anything, but will not even give rise to even the slightest doubt. More precisely, we will always be able to drive these doubts away from ourselves, because any reflection can disrupt the harmonious picture of the world in which we are the spiritual leaders of humanity, opposing the soulless West. And it says something very important about us Russians. We scream with all our strength about our power and rebirth, but we appear before the whole world as weak and notorious. We always resort to the most incredible inventions, the most fantastic theories, to find the reasons for our failures. The fact that someone can be guided in their actions by morality, morality, ethical rules, law, or even just the fear of being exposed (this, if we are to discuss the “Ukrainian trace”, would be an important argument), we categorically reject. It is easier for us to believe in the absurd than in the bitter truth. This is also a kind of disaster. Only no commission will investigate it.
