The head of the St. Petersburg organization "Soldiers' Mothers" Ella Polyakova announced non-compliance with the temperature regime in the barracks of the Leningrad Military District and mass illnesses of soldiers in the military district due to severe frosts. At the beginning of next week, the “Mothers” and representatives of the prosecutor’s office will go to military unit No. 25756 in the city of Pushkin, to which the “Mothers” have accumulated the most complaints. Meanwhile, in the first weeks of January in Krasnoyarsk alone, 11 conscripts were hospitalized with a diagnosis of pneumonia.
