Well, just in order to somehow justify a completely trivial title ... The most ridiculous reproach that I have to hear quite often recently: how can you talk about the elections if you yourself are not participating in them!? (The question is asked with some angry in the voice.) And what, gentlemen, do you doubt the competence of tasters who often do not swallow the wine, limiting yourself to only rinsing the mouth? So I scored these elections a full mouth, cunned, chased all this there to the maximum excitation of the receptors and, excuse me, spat out ...

So, the elections are over, a storm of hopes, programs, scandals and intrigues lay down. It's time to look at what was left on the coastal sand and whether the horizon was cleaned.

The word "victory" is the most used from those that I (and you) have heard recently, when it came to the results of a single voting day. I am still surprised that Sergey Mitrokhin forgot him on his capitulant banner. (However, this oversight was partially corrected by his chief, Grigory Yavlinsky, in his last delightful interview with Novaya Gazeta.) Risking once again to bring the displeasure of the respected audience again, I will still suggest that such tempting and simple characteristics abandon. In my deepest conviction, there can be no serious victories on our part, while hostages remain in their hands - the prisoners of Bolotnaya. By the way, our main organizer and inspirer Alexei Navalny is also without a doubt a prisoner of Bolotnaya ... (if someone has forgotten.) And his ally and accomplice Peter Officers now reproaches the expert community for the recent time demonstrates the unshakable confidence in the further democratization and liberalization of the Kirov Regional Court, which will be consideration of Appeals. Say, the change in the sentence is a foregone conclusion, and the real punishment will be replaced with conditional. “What does it follow?”, Officers carefully asks. I answer Peter - nothing. It's just that those who wish you good really want to think so. And others who are counting on your landing hoping to jinx you in this way ...

I just adhered to (and adhered to) the point of view that the real influence on the further post -industry fate of Navalny and the officer could only have the number of them to support them the next day after the assigned (according to Alexei himself) elections. Because our Slovenian power understands exclusively the language of power and ultimatums. At least this is precisely this from the experience of our communication with her. We remember when they began to vibrate and twitch. But on September 9, about thirty thousand people came to Bolotnaya Square. (This is after Navalny refused to recognize the results of the vote!) That is - five percent of those that the day before supported Navalny in the elections. This is not permissible, murderously little. And in such a low turnout at the decisive moment I see the main drawback, the main thing is a weak place, undoubtedly, the brilliant generally election campaign of Alexei Navalny.

By the way, the other day in one of the broadcasts, the editor -in -chief of Echo Alexei Venediktov expressed, from my point of view, a very dubious thesis. Say, if the gap between the candidates were more significant, then we would witness a completely different scale of popular indignation. But it seems to me exactly the opposite - the difference of one and a half percent gives rise to a feeling of stolen victory to a much greater extent than a difference of fifteen percent, when there is a feeling of hopelessness and predestination. One and a half percent - this is so close, so noticeable, considered almost one voice! It seems that just extend your hand ... But just no one extended his hands ...

However, a few days later Venediktov in a conversation with Navalny set him the most important, key, I would not even be afraid to say a system -forming question. Venediktov quoted more old interviews of the Navalny magazine New Times, in which the latter spoke in the sense that power in modern Russia could not change in the elections. So the head of the Echo asked Navalny whether he continues to adhere to this point of view. I admit, froze ... That is, I know that Alexei never said the opposite, but, after that, after such an efficiently and effectively conducted election campaign is high, the seduction of capitalized, knock out grandmas and say something, like, “well, now, when I saw that success could be achieved in the elections” ... But Navalny did not allow this false to this falsehood. He remained honest and straight! And he confidently answered: "Yes!" And then he began to talk about the ongoing falsifications in the elections ...

Here, in fact, is the main result of the entire campaign. I note that other opposition leaders share this position. In particular, Boris Nemtsov repeatedly expressed the idea that the election must be involved that the election campaign allows a massive mobilization, that, as its results, many new thousands of people in our country begin to look at things differently. But at the same time, one must not forget: the main goal of a responsible opposition - the change of regime - is not achieved in modern Russia using elections. An even more skeptical position in relation to the electoral holidays, which from time to time, has been organized by our native power, has been declaring Harry Kasparov for many years. In other words, a symbiosis of electoral and street projects is needed, in which the latter play a not secondary role at all.

And ahead of us is waiting for elections to the Moscow City Duma. And the upcoming campaign will be much heavier and, I would say, more murmurously the present. It is highly likely to predict that Moscow will not receive any single democratic list. It’s not for that that the Kremlin salted Prokhorov, it’s not for that for so many years that they have fed “apple” so that they now agree to an impeccable proposal from the RPR-Parnas party. Namely, the primaries for all democrats, following which a single Moscow democratic list will be formed. Therefore, the voices of the supporters of the opposition will inevitably spray. And this will happen against the backdrop of the war of all against all. The “Apple” will, as always, be a mournful canopy about the fact that you can not enter the coalition with everyone. Prokhorov stupidly begins to spend a million dollars a day on a pre-election campaign and will buy a completely representative list of candidates, and RPR-Parnas will expose all this carnival.

So the application of joint efforts in the field of activation of street activity in Moscow seems not only relevant, but extremely necessary and even in some way - saving in the current situation. And then I return again (and I will not get tired of returning from now on) to the problem of prisoners of Bolotnaya Square. I argue that there is no project more important for the opposition than their release. And I do not see the need to reinforce this thesis with additional arguments. With those who do not agree with him, I definitely are not on the way.

But this does not mean at all that we must abandon other areas of activity. If we agree with the statement that we still repelled a little election from them, then why not try to recapture, for example, a little television ... I have a hypothesis that thousands of permanent rallies near Ostankino could have contributed to solving this problem. Which, of course, applies to the Zamoskvoret court. And a clear understanding should come-it will not work differently. How sorry ...
