Militant amateurism
Last Wednesday, standing in a traffic jam on Brestskaya Street (1 hour 18 minutes from the Triumphal Square to the Belorussky Station !!!), I thought: “Maybe it’s better to back the Baturins?” The reason for this insanity is always bad on Brest, but so that ... - opened directly on the Square of the Belorussky station when I found that the traffic light at the intersection of Tverskaya switches once every twelve minutes. "What are you, Herodes, create?" - I fell upon the traffic police officer who was serving right under this traffic light. “And what are we? - the brave controller spread his hands. - Today it is necessary for Tverskaya to “fly”. You see, the new mayor ordered to remove all the cars from Tverskaya. In the morning, everything was cleaned on both sides, the effect is zero, traffic jams as they were. Then the authorities ordered to change the operating mode of all traffic lights at the intersections. Well, in an hour Tverskaya "lit up." Now they will report to the mayor that his idea to ban even stopping vehicles from Manezhnaya to the Belarusian gave a magnificent result, traffic jams resolved ... In any case, we will restore the usual regime, otherwise the rest of the center will rise. ”
Today there is already reason to say confidently: Muscovites are not very lucky. But it could happen like this (eh, dreams, dreams ...) that they would appoint us the mayor of some quiet sleepy old man. He would have come to his presence for dinner, listened to the reports of Zamov, nodded his head, blissfully smiled at visitors, dozed in a high chair, drank tea with dryers, and after an hour or two, peacefully retired ... We would determine the good content to him. And all his relatives - children, grandchildren, nephews and nieces. And the deadline came - with all the honors they would have demolished on Novodevichy ... You can even on a carriage ... Yes, we would have done everything for him, if only not like that.
So no-they found some violent in Siberia, who seemed to be in Tyumen to know how to bless the inhabitants of the distant capital city, and from an early age he prepared himself for this mission. We already realized that he has a huge plan, so now it is better not to leave the apartment without particular need.
I’m wondering: at least one of the owners of hundreds of tents demolished now will go to court? Because, of course, the vast majority of them bicycles on an absolutely legal basis - with licenses, lease agreements, all the necessary approvals, etc. etc. Therefore, the requirement to immediately turn the business - cynical violation of the law. Why, actually? Because this Siberian uncle did not like the appearance of the tents? And tomorrow he will not like my cap ... Now thousands of families will be left without a livelihood, and millions will not be able to make familiar purchases on the way from work home. In addition, the reduction of retail space will inevitably lead to an increase in retail prices.
Or here's another wonderful idea: to cancel trolleybuses in Moscow. Say, all the troubles are from them ... Here, I think, there was a misunderstanding. It’s just that no one explained to Mr. Sobyanin what a trolleybus for the vehicle, how it is arranged, why these “horns” are, which is the advantage of an electric engine over gasoline, etc.
And the proposal not to let the trucks in Moscow in the daytime can be considered revolutionary. Of course, without trucks will be freer ... But this is only if all the goods from the Moscow Ring Road to retail outlets on the hands will be transferred to migrant workers from Tajikistan. However, most likely for these purposes are the Gazelle and bulls ...
Or here is the brightest example of creative thinking - the idea of abandoning ground pedestrian crossings through wide multi -lane streets. Still, what does a fresh man with an unnecessary look mean! We ourselves have been living in Moscow for how many years, but we did not guess that these transitions only slow down the movement. And why do these people go back and forth all the time? Moreover, pay attention to the wider passing part, the more people strive to cross it. As if on purpose. It is clear that it is time to put an end to this.
I am not a supporter of the practice of appeals to the high authorities. But in this case, is ready to change the principles. Dmitry Anatolyevich, Vladimir Vladimirovich, is it possible to somehow limit the activity of the new Moscow mayor? Let's just say one innovation per month. Well, two by strength ... Here he demolished the stalls - and for a month for treatment for water ... not necessarily, by the way, to Kislovodsk. We will drop by Baden-Baden ... Then the trucks are only at night, and again somewhere for a month ... And let the salary remain the same. Otherwise, we will all be bent here soon ...
