I don’t know how about the curse and blessings, this conceptual series, being the undoubted prerogative of his Holiness, is at least not quite organic for me, but as for the values ​​- here I can support the conversation. And I must say that I completely agree with the Primate. If in the old way it does not roll, then it's time to think and overestimate something.

Moreover, this applies not only to people, but - to no less - to entire countries.

First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said that in Russia the crisis has already reached the bottom. You can, of course, familiarize yourself about how many times we will be tapped from below. And you can not joke - this is not the point.

And not even how many months or years we will lie at this day, if it is really a bottom. Taking into account that every extra day of our stay there accumulates economic and especially social difficulties, and at some point their number threatens to go into quality.

And not even how exactly we are going to rise. While I heard two points of view. Both official ones, but are not at all mounted with each other. The first is cheerful, spirit-patriotic. It consists in the fact that America will crack soon and will collapse with all its dope. And from this, in turn, the equally natural and logical conclusion is made that Russia automatically, as on a swing, will rise upward and become the queen of the world and the queen of the ball. Naturally, for beautiful eyes. And a moderate rollback.

The second is dullly pragmatic and somewhat closer to reality, and to the mental normality: America pulled everyone, she will pull everyone out. As America will begin to recover, so the whole world after it, well, we, beloved, to the heap.

And in accordance with this second concept, our economic strategy is simple, like a gasoline engine: sitting quietly, not to show off, try not to waste and wait for the American economy that has been starving over the skinny years will begin, gaining momentum, to quench its appetite. And then oil prices again, like frantic, will trample up, and we will be happy.

And that would be, with all its elementary, not the worst strategy. Fortunately, thanks to Kudrin-we really managed to accumulate some money without breaking them out of interests, and for some time there will be enough of them. Of course, something else will be spilled, and a lot. Neither cost projects, nor authoritative people who cannot be refused. Nobody has canceled the embezzlement. Like no one has yet canceled either the state corporation, or the Olympics, nor the support of the domestic automobile industry. All this is with us, like much more. Nevertheless, with all the costs, the passive expectation strategy would be, I repeat, not bad. In any case, it is relatively safe. And you still can’t compose anything else right away.

If not for one “but”.

And now we finally reached the main one.

The problem is that oil prices with a white swan will no longer take off. They will never take off.

No, America, of course, will recover. She will go back and dried. In particular, it will fundamentally reduce its energy dependence. This is one of the main long -term priorities indicated by Barack Obama. Moreover, technologically, this task is completely feasible, it is by the power of both the USA and all developed economies. Already today, the queues are exhibited by Japanese electric cars, and this is only the beginning - further it will inevitably be larger.

In the end, humanity did not give a damn about oil until the end of the 19th century. Then a passion arose. It lasted a hundred years. A lot. Now she has exhausted herself. Moreover, the oil itself is finite, and it would be irresponsibly sitting and doomed to wait for this limb to become a reality.

Therefore, the Western world will once again think, overestimates values ​​- and rush forward.

What are we going to do?

If the young lady without complexes, if she had at least a colorful, during the years of its natural heyday will not be concerned either with a reliable marriage or a diversification of her professional activity, she should be prepared for the fact that over time the level of her customers and, accordingly, fees will inevitably decline. At some point, this fall will become collapsible.

Or, if you like, another image that may not seem so offensive, or even romantic, in the style of Jack London or Hemingway. Please. If the great champion at the peak of his success does not be able to soberly assess the situation and think about the future, then after a relatively short period of time he risks finding himself aged, squandered, unnecessary money for girls and litigation with promoters, not the hero of the main battle, the fee for which is a dozen millions, but a participant in the undercard, for pennies to the public and under the main dish of the evening and under the main dish of the evening and sympathetic pops substantiating their excised face under the hard fists of young wolves tearing to the glory.

Over the years of fantastic, unheated, poured from an oil pipe to us, as from a broken tap, we did not hit the money with a finger to diversify our economy. That is, in Russian, we have not learned to do anything. None of what is done by the head and hands and has at least some demand in the world market.

As before, as in the 10th century, we cannot offer the world nothing, except for what nature endowed our land. Nothing that someone needs. Neither electronics, no clothes, no food, no cars, no medicines, no children's toys.

Nothing for life.

True, they learned to do something good for death-that which kills. Also, things for the state are worthless. But now there are many of them who can make no worse than us, and cheaper.

Still - brains. Our brains (by the way, the product is also miraculous) are in demand in the world. In tiny Israel, centers involved in new scientific developments are an order of magnitude more than ours. And they, as a rule, are headed by people who speak Russian. And there is nothing to talk about the United States. At the international scientific conferences of Russian scientists from America, more incomparably more than Russian scientists from Russia. And the total budget of Russian America exceeds the state budget of Russia.

What do we have?
