It seemed a little more and the situation would begin to be corrected: the state allocated for the modernization of the defense industry (namely, almost all the high -tech production of Russia is concentrated in the OPC) as many as three trillion rubles. After all, united corporations are essentially the same ministries - bureaucratic, clumsy, corrupt structures.
