Problem:

I want to solve the problem of creating the humanitarian technological platform of legislative innovations, focused on improving the effectiveness of intellectual support of the process of interaction between the legislative and executive branches of the authorities of the subject of the Federation (megapolis).

Embodiment:

Masquerade is a communication tool for legislative innovations in the form of a humanitarian technological platform.

How the application works:

The application will ensure the following processes that are components of lawmaking innovations:

1) the forecast of the consequences of the adoption of the law of the constituent entity of the Federation (megalopolis);

2) socio-economic and legal substantiation of the need to accept law-making innovation;

3) the development of a list of acts subject to recognition by lost strength or amendment in connection with the adoption of this law;

4) development of a list of legal acts, the adoption of which is necessary for purposes;

5) financial and economic justification containing information about the sources and volumes of its financing;

6) conducting an independent anti -corruption examination.
