President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on Tuesday fired the head of the Presidential Administration of Gennady Nevglass, the president’s official website reports.
He was fired with the wording "in connection with the transition to another job."
Earlier, Lukashenko resigned the Secretary of State Security of the country Viktor Sheiman. It was his president of Belarus who called the culprit of the explosion in Minse during the celebration of Independence Day.
“I don’t think, Viktor Vladimirovich, that you should stay in this position after the incident. You are to blame first of all. There is no Secretary of State at the event, in the field of view. And you write me a report. I know you more than it happened,” Lukashenko said to Sheiman.
As a result of the explosion and injuries of varying severity, about 50 people received.
The Belarusian president does not believe that the explosion was directed against him.
