Medvedev was photographed with a hipster haircut
Medvedev came to a meeting with students at MISiS with a strangely shaved head in the style of fashionable hipster haircuts. Kommersant correspondent Alexander Chernykh published a photo with the Prime Minister’s unusual hairstyle on his Instagram.

Journalist Alexander Chernykh managed to photograph Medvedev at the moment when he had just entered the room and had his back to him. The prime minister's uneven hairline at the back of his head was reminiscent of the fashionable trend of shaving his temples on one side.
Judging by the published photographs, the prime minister’s hairstyle in front was also not very symmetrical.

Bloggers suggested that Medvedev was shaved as a joke at some wild party, or that they were using the strange haircut for other purposes.
@KSHN there was this joke on the Jackass show: dudes would sneak up on someone with an electric razor and shave off a lock.

A microblogger under the pseudonym Milena Mitina (real name Oksana), close to Medvedev’s deputy Arkady Dvorkovich, explained why the Prime Minister looks like he just came out of Chop Chop.
we figured out the back of Medvedev’s head: he’s not under-shaven, he’s just combed to the right

As it turned out, this was not the only strange moment of the meeting.
Mededev was presented with a certificate of honor. “Actually, it’s signed here “to the rector of MISIS, but I’ll take it anyway” - Mevedev

Medvedev tells the students that at training camps he got used to eating standing up - and then at home he ate like that too. #important

According to Chernykh, just before the meeting, FSO officers forced the students to turn off their electronic devices. True, MISiS employees later allowed photography, but without sound.
“So, we turn off our mobile phones! And our iPhones and iPads too!” -- students are instructed before meeting with Medvedev #modernization #innovation

In addition, at the meeting, the institute’s staff showed Medvedev the design of an invisibility cap. According to them, the effect of invisibility is created by bending the rays around the object.
Employees of the MISIS laboratory told Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev about the invisibility hat they are working on

Medvedev asked in surprise whether it was possible to achieve complete invisibility.

They also mentioned the notorious Olympic torches: their manufacturing company asked Medvedev for another 600 million despite a series of scandals .
“Dmitry Anatolyevich, the press is always looking for negativity! We released 16 thousand torches, but only one percent went out!” The press is to blame again, uh-huh
