Innocent without guilt

Protest rallies against the sentence for the driver of the car that collided with the Mercedes of the head of the Altai Territory have had their effect. The Altai Regional Court dismissed the case against Oleg Shcherbinsky, finding him not guilty of the death of Mikhail Evdokimov. But the question of who is responsible for what happened remains open. During the court hearing, Shcherbinsky's lawyers managed to prove that in the Zonal District Court, which considered this case, the evidence that testified in favor of their client was not fully examined.
