The traditional Subburine rally in Khabarovsk passed without special excesses

In Khabarovsk, 99 protests were held against the arrest of governor Sergei Furgal. The townspeople gathered for a rally under the windows of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory by 12 o’clock. Some participants got from the suburbs.

In general, the rally on this day, unlike last week, was calm. The most serious incident occurred along Pushkin Street when the protesters went to Lenin Square. The driver of the car did not want to wait for the protesters to pass, and almost ran into people. None of the protesters were injured.

At the building of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory, there were no detentions and beatings, but the protesters showed that they had not forgotten the strict and unlawful actions of the security forces. They chanted: “The police shame”, “There is no arbitrariness”, “Furgal is not a killer”, “Russia will be free.” Screams tried to jerk music from the established speakers: the stronger the protesters cried out the slogans, the more the invisible “DJ” twisted the volume.

There were no fighters of the Russian Guard this time. The police behaved calmly: the chain guarded the entrance to the government building, occasionally advising to disperse by means of Megafon, in the crowd, as always, “people in civilian clothes” were seen.

Protesters were from 2 to 3 thousand people.
