The founder of the largest Russian-speaking online casino Azino777, one of the main advertisers of Runet, is the 33-year-old native of Naberezhnye Chelnyov Albert Valiakhmetov. The Azino777 is stated at the Victory777 offshore, registered on the island of Curasao - the ownership of the Netherlands in the Caribbean - and the Ukrainian company Royal Gam, founded by Valiakhmetov in 2014, is administered by the casino. The casino gained wide fame in 2017, deploying an active advertising campaign. According to the results of that year, it was included in the twenty major Runet advertisers in the online video market, and the results of the first half of 2018 took the first place in the same rating. In the first six months of last year, Azino777 accounted for 7.1 percent of all advertising shows.

The annual rate of bets in the Azino777 was previously estimated at RBC at 15 billion rubles with the total volume of the Russian shadow market of the online gambling market (organizing gambling on the Internet), equal to about 73 billion.

The organization of gambling on the Internet since 2006 is prohibited in Russia. Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code (illegal organization and conduct of gambling) in the current edition provides for up to six years in the colony. The Azino777 site and hundreds of its mirrors have long been included in the register of Roskomnadzor. In the first half of last year, 350 resources associated with this online casino were blocked. However, Azino777 administrators successfully bypass locks.

In Ukraine, the punishment for the illegal organization of gambling is much softer. On this charge, only large fines and confiscation of property are provided, but not the deadlines in the colony. In addition to Valiakhmetov, several more suspects in the case, but their names The Bell failed to establish.

It is noted that in 2015-2018, the SBU searched a number of firms related to Victory777 offshore, in particular the large IT company Lucky Labs, founded by Russians Rustam Gilfanov and Sergey Tokarev. Gilfanov and Tokarev themselves told The Bell that they had nothing to do with Azino777.

Valiakhmetov grew up in Chelny. He served in the army. In March 2004, after demobilization, he was detained by the police in a certain case. What kind of business is it, the publication is not said. Together with his parents and sister, he owns an apartment in Chelny. No other ownership and no legal entities are registered either for him or the family in Russia. Data on his work in any Russian firms was also found.

In 2011, at the chemists forum, a user with the same e-mail, on which Valiakhmetov’s VK page was registered, wrote: “It is necessary to choose and implement a reversible reaction, with a reaction of a dark liquid, under the influence of electricity, it changes its color to a transparent, ready to discuss cooperation and shared participation on mutually beneficial conditions.” In the comments, users noted that the one who opens such a reaction would be ozol. There is no information about the further development of the project.

In 2013, Valiakhmetov often began to travel to Kazan and Kyiv. Then, the Azino777 domain was registered at the address of one of the Kyiv banks in the .ru zone. The interlocutors of The Bell in the field of gambling associate the name of the casino with the name of the Kazan sleeping district of Azino.

In 2016, Valiakhmetov was fined for exceeding speed on trips along the tracks towards Moscow. He traveled to the BMW X5 XDRIVE 30D; The cost of such a car is about 4 million rubles. Prior to this, judging by the fines issued, Valiakhmetov had the 2013 Land Rover. The price of such a new car was about 3 million.

At the end of 2016, when the Azino777 advertising campaign started, Valiakhmetov deleted all his accounts in social networks, forgetting only a long -noted page in Odnoklassniki.
