The administration included 15 communities (less than 20% of all registered in the region), in particular, from the cities of Chernushka, Nytva, Perm, etc. However, control over the majority of communities is still retained by the regional Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Mufti Muhammadgali Khuzin, which was removed at the beginning of the year from his post by decree of the head of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate Talgat Tadzhuddin as a result of ((http://www.ej.ru/comments/entry/2461/ scandal)) around R. Silantiev’s book. The Mufti then refused to submit to the decision of the leadership of the Central Muslim Spiritual Directorate, and the Congress of Muslims of the Kama region confirmed the powers of Khuzin. Despite individual calls to create a unified spiritual administration of Muslims in Russia, Muslims know themselves to be fruitful and multiplying.
