The reason for the detention of Ivan Alekseev (this is the real name and surname of Noize MC) was his statements to the police during the performance of the song “Smoke Bamboo” at a concert in Volgograd, in the middle of which there was a moment of rhymed rhythmic improvisation (rappers call this freestyle), also dedicated to the police. This is how Alekseev reacted to the fact that the police prohibited his drummer from collecting money from the public during the performance of the song “Grandma in a Hat,” which was part of the planned performance. At the end of the concert, Alekseev was detained and taken to a cell, from which he never came out. It should be noted that a few days ago his son was born and at the time of the arrest and trial, his wife and child were still in the maternity hospital, of which the court was notified. Noize MC became famous thanks to his rap dedicated to the accident on Leninsky Prospekt involving the vice-president's car LUKOIL.
