President Medvedev said that although the elections were not sterile, it is too early to bury democracy. They conducted the State Council, and Churov solemnly promised to shave his beard if violations of the electoral legislation were revealed.

But life testifies that in some places the funeral of democracy still took place. There is a district in the Novosibirsk region called Siberian Switzerland - Maslyaninsky. The similarity with enlightened Europe is limited, alas, only by natural conditions and the name itself. In all other ways, the cruel Asian Middle Ages.

On March 14, the elections of the head of the district were held. United Russia, not bending the criminal past, despising all the appeals of citizens testifying to the inconsistent of the current head of the district position, again nominated the leader of the leader of her party cell Vyacheslav Yarmanov. Along with the “technical” candidate, stated that democracy flourished, two respected enterprises respected in the area nominated their candidates: Sergey Proskov and Alexander Gerasimov. The General Director of the road-repair construction department of the Honored Builder of Russia Sergey Zakokov, considering him the main competitor, several times called “where to do it” and warned that he would either withdraw his candidacy or regret that he did not withdraw. Bulletins of nearly a quarter of the voters of the district, who signed in support of the person who had defeated off -road, dared to the basket.

The signatures were incorrectly executed. The illiterate “demos” where he missed the letter in the surname, where a fountain pen, which ceased to write in the cold, circled the figure a second time. And even at all, as in the passport he wrote: “R.P. Maslyanino. " And you need to write: “R.P. Maslyanino Maslyaninsky district "! Well, since the people do not understand how the oil oil differs from just oil, the district and regional courts proclaimed the triumph of democracy, and the people's candidate Sergey Zakokov was removed from the elections. The rally held on the central square did not help. And so that he knew his place, those who called “where necessary” also fired the general director from work.

It should be noted that the government does not indulge in the variety of plots. I experienced all this on myself when I tried to get into the Moscow City Duma. All opposition candidates from Solidarity were also denied registration. The officials frostbite with the administrative resource simply stupidly told us that our signatures are not our signatures. Unprofitable, but effective.

However, everything that is said above, the dear reader is only a saying. This is just "not quite sterility." About a sort of little things and Churov, and the president himself know. But what happened next goes beyond all frames.

Then we went to his house, without any sanctions we searched and seized another twenty copies of the same ill -fated newspaper “Moment of Truth” - the printed body of the Siberian Federal District, with the same ill -fated leaflet - the appeal in which Sergey Zukykov called for vote for Alexander Gerasimov.

Vitaly Muravyov, released in the morning from the police, became bad, but the Askulapov loyal Yarmanov refused to conduct an examination in the district hospital!

He had already sat - after he began to shoot at the bus with people with a drunk.

While this material was being prepared, a new news came. Maslyaninsky police, which should serve the people, and serves the freak, beat another agitator! In Penkovo. And this second guy cannot be found yet.

Normally: one beaten in a regional hospital with a heavy concussion, but they cannot find the second. But Churov can save on a razor. The elections are sterile. Democracy triumphs.
