According to Gazeta, Russia received a subpoena to appear in the US District of Columbia court on March 14. A number of Russian ministers and state-owned companies are accused of a coordinated attack on Yukos, which resulted in the actual “renationalization” of the company through the alienation of a key asset – Yuganskneftegaz OJSC. Lawyers for the American owners of YUKOS assets, through the US State Department, submitted a subpoena to representatives of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
