And, of course, we hold our hand on the pulse even in this deaf season: after all, those who are now on yachts and islands provided us with television, radio, mobile communications, and the Internet. Take it, use it - and almost free.

So, we are sitting, heat, vodka does not go, and therefore we listen and look at what is happening. And not only we have nothing to do, but also to journalists. In August - what news? It happened, of course, in the difficult years - the Ostankinskaya tower will burn, then the submarine boat will drown, then the explosion in the subway. But now we have been put up with order, so everyone is bored without serious news. You need to write something. So the stuffed sensations are born.

Say, at the beginning of last week, information appeared that in the next two years the Ministry of Education and Science is going to reduce 10 thousand scientists and the next year to reduce the number of budget places in universities by 40%. Teachers, researchers and just leisure figures were alarmed: guard, what is this done, destroy science and education! And here, it is necessary to say directly, some of our leaders of Slabin gave, they began to make excuses: no, no, in no case are we going to reduce the number of budget places in universities; What are you, what are you, we even want to increase the number of researchers!

I looked at this, listened, and it arose, it was scary to say, a claim to the leadership of my beloved newspaper. Dear publishers and editors, you do not have enough forces to increase popularity and influence. Not everyone can get acquainted with the content of my columns, in which I honestly and frankly express things that are significant for the country. After all, I have not said more than once or twice that we, loafers, satisfying our own curiosity at the state expense, can be painlessly reduced during the crisis. The time is almost military, not to leisure curiosity.

Moreover, I, as an employee of the education sector, approve of the intention by 40% to reduce the number of budget places in universities, and even more approve the intention to reduce the number of such places by 50%. After all, figure it out, colleagues, what is about. There are flagships of higher education-my native Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, St. Petersburg State University, which over time, I hope, will be named after Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin; There are strong universities of a narrower profile - MIPTI, MEPhI and others. But at the same time, there are a lot of universities from the series throughout the country, do not hit the lying, who, at best, can give an honorary name of the fence college.

What is the benefit of the state and society from many such universities? No! Firstly, they are needed by management and workers, and secondly, the great age of the dials of different sexes who want to extend their carefree childhood for several years, to mess and hang out, sitting on the neck of parents and the state. Well, the male individuals have another obvious goal - to ruin from the army. And then, yes, a “specialist with higher education”, a bachelor or a master at all. Which is good if he knows how to fold the fractions correctly. Better less, but better! So you need to close and reduce!

And there is nothing to make excuses. Here is the highest leadership, after all, because the highest that holds the brand. Recently, the teacher in Dagestan asked the prime minister why teachers and teachers receive a salary of 15 thousand rubles, and security forces - 50 thousand and above. Dmitry Anatolyevich immediately clearly explained everything: there is nothing to whine, sitting on the same salary, you need to be active and somehow earn it otherwise.
