Is Lukashenko a pragmatist?

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Alexander Mikhnevich believes that in the near future, in negotiations with EU countries, it will be possible to achieve progress on the issue of supplies of local high-quality fertilizers to a number of European countries. Recently, this product was banned for import into Europe, because they believed that Belarusians were selling it at dumping prices. In Minsk itself they are ready to ignore criticism of the president: as long as they buy fertilizer and, perhaps, some textiles.
