The farce is over

The main defendants, Khodorkovsky and Lebedev, were each given nine years in prison. Krainov received five years probation. The fact that the sentence would be approximately the same has not been in doubt for a long time. Today it is not just the law that has been violated. Today, the human dignity of all Russian citizens has been violated. Today it has become completely clear: tolerating this government means not respecting ourselves, it means agreeing to humiliation and slavery in our own country, it means not giving a damn about the future of our children.
