If there were doubts about who we have the main boss, now they were dispelled. Our boss is Putin.

If there were fluctuations about what kind of social system we have, then now it's time to calm down. This system is a dictatorship. Perhaps not very tough. Or even a little sluggish. But still not a republic.

If you can find the general that unites us all into a single whole, is the irrepressible passion for begging. Everyone was begging: farmers, doctors, retired generals, military officers, children, Olympic champions, vegetable growers. They interrupted everything: the northern allowances, New Year's dresses, an increase in a pension for length of service, a bypass highway around the hero city, tightening punishments for pedophilia, imported duties, eggs of Saakashvili.

Three -hour communication V.V. Putin did not succeed with the viewers of the RTR channel. The poisonous green spot behind the right ear of the prime minister created the color scheme of swans on the oilcloth. At the previous meetings of Putin, the crowd was portrayed by journalists. There was at least a professional outdoor. This time, the role of the public was given to the party asset of United Russia. The asset took place ahead of time, searched it carefully, planted it for a long time, so that by the beginning of the broadcast, almost everyone was drowned.

The most important highlight of the current sovereign show was this. If you remember, at the beginning of the century, when President Putin first tested his television phenomenon to the people, many of us frowned, observing the punctures of this clumsy production. In subsequent years, public irritation has come down - the people are used to it. Moreover, V. Putin himself seemed to be interested. He joked a lot, laughed, resorted to a risky vocabulary. This time even he missed.

He does not know how generally unemployment will become, to what limits the RTS and MICEX indices will be launched, which banks will go broke and which will survive, which inflation will be in a month. He does not know if the country is enough to reach dawn, because no one knows when the dawn comes.

Of course, his information is huge. He thought a lot about the nature of the current crisis, he already without much effort pronounces this word, his quiet interlocutors were reasonable and knowledgeable people. Therefore, when a call from Tirlin was heard, Putin's recommendations were clear and, in principle, undoubtedly true.

I have been to Tirlin many times. This village is near Beloretsk, where for many years, until the very pension, my mother worked. In addition to the steel-handle (former 707th) plant, there is nowhere to work there. If half the factory was fired, this is a great trouble. V. Putin said what to do.

1. Significantly increase unemployment benefits - up to 4900 rubles.

2. To establish a serious internal migration of labor with the payment of lifting and compensations for the movement of workers and their families.

3. The second is necessary in order to carry out large -scale public work - to build roads, railways, bridges and tunnels.

Putin, they make a dual impression. It’s good that they are true and reasonable. It is bad that they are not feasible.

There was time - and not six years, but all eight. There was money. Huge money. There was power - so cool that neither Nikolai nor Nikita dreamed. And it was only necessary-not in words, but in fact cancel the residence permit. Do not nightmare small business. Evenly distribute the tax load between the rich and the poor. Do not put a muzzle on the media. Do not ruin the Law No. 122 on local self -government. Well, a little less to drill the courts.

Although the prime minister this time was a little more condescending to America than in other recent statements, he still did not forgive her that she “infected the world” with a financial crisis. Actually, Putin, presumably, visited knowledgeable interlocutors who explained on their fingers that in the current troubles of the planet, not only the ugly citadel of imperialism was to blame. All other countries, including “innocently suffering” Russia, China or Brazil, put their corpus callosum hands to the financial collapse. And if you do not realize the degree and way of your participation in the general trouble, then it will be difficult to find the way out.

But the “American infection” has one important feature for V. Putin. Whatever the question he answers - he invariably started with the health of himself. He is about inflation - he is about GDP growth in the past year. He is about unemployment - he is about trade unions and subjects of the federation that "must."

And for all three hours - whoever asked and no matter what he asked - not a word about his mistakes, omissions, miscalculations. Reliable employment services did not create, the mechanisms of labor migration were not prepared or tested. Manuals, compensation for loans for persons and enterprises, military reform, an effective antimonopoly service - all this will be, will be. And America is to blame.

For all the boring routine of another communication with the people, these ideas have one feature that acts in an oppressive one on me. These numbers are simply killing me: 1 million 360 thousand who called on the phone. Another 560 thousand sent SMS and contacted the head over the Internet.

Here is an omission - I did not bother to count how many questions V. Putin managed to answer in a long three hours. Given the fact that every city (plant, greenhouse, institute) at first reported on their successes that the presenters made their way with microphones to allegedly elected enthusiasts - there were no more than a hundred of these issues. Consequently, all two million calling, who wrote, who sent their messages to V. Putin, did not receive answers to the questions that tormented them.

This information anomaly may have two main reasons. First: their appeals were exactly the same as those that were voiced. That is, all these two million citizens also begged Putin to light the road from school to home, save the disabled from local arbitrariness, protect the dismissed workers from the administration and even (oh, wisdom of the organizers!) To quickly select gas money from Ukraine.

But none of the millions was interested in the police. Even the traffic police remained overboard. And about corruption - not a word. And about the mysterious "Gunvor", which is ours, but in Switzerland. And even the name of the president himself did not sound until then, until it was necessary to shove a hurry on him in a hasty repair of the constitution. However, can you imagine that phradov and Zubkov, sticking out for three hours in a box, casually mentioned the then Putin only once?

The second reason for this terrible mass curiosity can only be universal distrust of any sources of any information. There is no faith to anyone. Days and nights are muttering TVs, the radio wheezes, newspapers rustled something insinuatingly. But they lie, shelms! And then the premiere - the leader, the bosses of the boss are again asking whether new money has already been printed. And last time they asked when he almost ate the land. Then he did not convince them - do you think they believed this time? Tea, not in Denmark, live.

Only once did I have a doubt that all this phenomenon was painted according to bureaucratic notes from the very beginning to the very end. This is when a person from Penza asked on a speakerphone: "Is it true that you promised to hang Saakashvili in one place?" Putin answered without hesitation and resourcefully. He said that the Americans who captured Iraq, for ten burned villages, hung Saddam Hussein by the neck. Saakashvili burned more than ten Ossetian villages, and the Georgian people themselves will hang him for this.

The impression of a creative gamble disappeared along with the last question. The question from the note sounded like this: “What do you love the most?”
