Attention, court!
Today, October 10, I had to go to the Presnensky court.
There, at 15.40, under the pre -unit of the federal judge of Sadovova, a court hearing on the claim of Fakhrudin Makhmudov against Yulia Latynina for the protection of honor and dignity was supposed to begin.
The lawsuit Fakhrudin (Farid) Makhmudov, neither I nor the Echo of Moscow officially received. Neither I nor the Echo of Moscow received the summons in the court. Information that the meeting will be held on October 10 in the Presnensky court at 15.40, appeared on October 7 on the blog of lawyer Konstantin Rybalov.
The blog of Rybalov’s lawyer has exactly 4 pages and is not the most visited blog on the Internet. The calculation, apparently, was such that Latynina would not notice the record and would not appear on the court. Fortunately, Kolokoltsev noted this record, which is maintained by the community ru-latinina.livejournal.com, and posted the corresponding entry about this.
On October 8 (on Saturday) I read this record and stated in the program that I was ready to go to court. On October 9 (Sunday), the head of Echo of Moscow, Alexei Venediktov, phoned the Presnensky court, and the judge informed him that she did not remember whether she had such a lawsuit, but, of course, would postpone the hearing for a month due to the fact that neither Julia Latynin nor the “echo of Moscow” received the lawsuit.

Let me remind you the history of the issue. On July 11, 2005, the Passage shopping center burned in Ukhta. The crime was exceptional impudence and insolence. Two teenagers, previously convicted Anton Korostelev and Alexei Pulyalin, were poured in front of two dozen witnesses of 25 liters of gasoline under the stairs on the ground floor, set on fire and fled.
Running away, they got to the cells of the Stroymarket store, which was immediately behind the Passage and belonged to the authoritative entrepreneur Farid Makhmudov, after which the recording of the cameras was erased. According to the testimony of the Police Markov, who saw the record, adolescents after arson, perhaps, got into the car standing in the backyard of the Stroymarket.
On September 21, Pulyalin and Korostelev came across a red -handed crime (Sotovik store, belonging to one of the entrepreneurs who burned in the “passage”) and immediately said in exchange for relief that they could tell who ordered the passage.
After that, the investigation quickly established that Korostelev came home to his friend Bulgakov, who was a three -minute walk from Passage, a few minutes after arson, and Korostelev had his hands burned. And Pulyalin excitedly told his friend Kislov that he saw how the passage burned.
By this time, rumors had already been walking on Ukhta, who actually set fire to the passage. Just like in Kushchevka from the first minutes there were rumors about who killed 12 people. “They spoke immediately how the arson went that this was the work of the Makhmudov’s hands,” the mother of one of the dead told me, Valentina Zhvannikova. “I all thought who Farid is ... so unattainable master.”
On May 18, 2006, Alexei Pulyalin wrote a confession. In it, he called the customer the arson of the "passage" Farid Makhmudov. On May 19, 2006, Anton Korostelev wrote a similar turnout.
Both teenagers explained that it all started with a fight on March 8, 2005 near the Domino nightclub. Pulyalin and Korostelev fought with the nephew of Farid Makhmudov, David, David called to the aid of adults. Pulilina and Korostelev were brutally beaten, taken to the forest and hung a debt of 500 thousand rubles on them. In the expense of “working out” this duty, they set fire to the “passage”. They were promised to forgive the debt and pay 200 thousand rubles, but only 10 thousand were deceived and paid.
In the first (acquittal) court over Pulilin and Korostelev, policeman Mogilevich, who was distinguished the fight on March 8, said that David brazenly behaved before the fight, because he felt the “uncle’s support”. “Makhmudov Farid is a look at the city,” Mogilevich explained. - He goes to any institution. Dagestanis always drive up to his aid. ” The opera Rinat Alekhin, who took a confession from Pulilin, said in court that Farid Makhmudov is “the criminal authority of the city of Ukhta”.
More eloquent about the status of Farid Makhmudov is evidenced by the words of his defenders. So at the trial of Chekalin, the former head of the Federal Security Service of the Federal Penitentiary Service Nikolai Pyyukov, who made giant efforts to manage Makhmudov, said that the enemies of Makhmudov "wanted to poke all kinds of sins on the Dagestan group." The investigator Chekalin himself in his conversation with the prosecutor Ovchinnikov, who was secretly recorded on the tape recorder and posted it on the network, says that “for all Mahmudes the customer and the most terrible bandit of the city, arranged arson of“ passage ”as a action of intimidation”.
At the side of the Makhmudovs, at different times, the head of the crime police of Ukhta Krasnov, who later founded the commercial company “Rightege”, located in the building of the bus station, which belonged to Farid Makhmudov, and the deputy prosecutor of Ukhta Grigory Chekalin, partner Krasnov, later founded. As well as the former head of the FSB in Komi Piyukov, of the two subordinates of which one, Zhoykin, went to the deputy in the company of Makhmudov, with the other, Orlov, his wife worked with Makhmudov as a manager. At the same time, Zhoykin became the deputy of Makhmudov, after he submitted a memorandum that Passage was burned by the Dagestan criminal group.
The case of Farid Makhmudov has been interested in me from the moment the former investigator Chekalin turned to President Medvedev with a statement that the case was falsified by the menth Ershov in order to take away the business from an honest businessman Makhmudov. (Looking ahead, I’ll say that there was a grain of truth in the statement of Chekalin. Ershov, Chekalin and Mahmudov, apparently, were members of the same group, they drank at the same table, and Ershov wanted more. As the journalist Daria Shucalin, “ Ershov, really noted me,“ really push -ups. And in friendly relations with Chekalin. The behavior of a lot of law enforcement officers in this matter, and above all, the prosecutor of Turdyev, raises great questions for me.
Since the falsification of affairs is not uncommon, I gladly voiced the version of Chekalin according to the Echo of Moscow and began to try to get the case materials. Therefore, I was very happy when at the end of June 2011 one of the lawyers of the Makhmudov Mr. Kuliev called me. I asked him for the case materials. However, the lawyer Kuliev did not give me the case, but instead said that no one set fire to the “passage” and it was a staging of cops in order to take a business from Makhmudov.
After that, while on vacation, I studied two sentences Korostelev and Pulilin, acquittal and accusatory, hung on the network, and spoke about my conclusions on Echo of Moscow in the program of July 30, 2011 and in the “Daily Journal” .
At the time of writing these texts, I did not talk with anyone except the lawyer Kuliev, and wrote them on the basis of the texts of sentences justified from 06/26/08 and the accusatory of 06/17/09, as well as fragments of meetings of various ships posted on the Internet.
Already after the performance, I was found by one of the mothers of Ukhta, Valentina Strzhnikova. Ms. Postozhnikova told me that they, victims (25 people died during the fire), still does not have a lawyer, because "their city is small and everyone is afraid of Farida."
I also contacted colleagues-journalists, Vladimir Pystin and Daria Shuchalina, and they sent me an invaluable gift: several thousand pages of three ships, two over Korostelev and Polyalin and one above the prosecutor Chekalin. I announced the results of studying these several thousand pages in the program of October 1, 2011 at Echo of Moscow.
Although by this time I already had the phones of investigators leading the case, I did not call any of them for fundamental reasons.
Today I will call Nikolai Basmanov, the head of the investigative department, and the investigator Igor Ovsyannikov.

And yet. As Valentina Strzhnikova informed me yesterday, the trial of Farid Makhmudov on charges of organizing arson Passage should begin at the end of October.
I really ask bloggers and ITishnikov to help the mothers of Ukhta - poor and elderly women who carried on their shoulders the monstrous severity of the previous ships. Reading the minutes of the meetings, I saw how the legal level of these women is growing day after day, how they begin to file petitions (which they refuse), to raise questions that forgot to raise the investigation. The voice of these women was almost not heard, because they have no money, lawyers and sites.
Now the lawyers of the Moscow Lawyer Bureau “Ivanichenko and partners” said they were ready to take the protection of the interests of the victims. If the mothers of the Ukhta made a site and gave a computer, we would have the opportunity to monitor what is happening in the trial, which is no less important for Russia than Sagra and Kushchevka.
