After the meeting of the prime ministers of Russia and Ukraine, it turned out that there were no special problems between the two countries, that the whole conflict was okay by bad journalists who misinterpreted the decision of the Krasnodar authorities to build a dam in the Kerch Strait. Viktor Yanukovych promised to remove Ukrainian border guards from the braids of the Tuzl, Mikhail Kasyanov - to stop building a disputed facility until the joint decision of Russian and Ukrainian environmentalists. With this idyll, few will pay attention to the fact that the Russian Prime Minister announces the territory of the braids of the controversial one. As well as the fact that the decision to shift responsibility for the border conflict to local authorities is at least unmounted.

After all, it was in the Russian media that a message appeared that the initiator of the construction of the notorious dam was the President of the Russian Federation, flying around the Sea of ​​Azov just during the meeting with Leonid Kuchma on the still not controversial island of Biryuichi. And not the local authorities of the Kuban and Crimea stop the conflict, but the heads of government of the two countries. This once again confirms that the leadership of the Krasnodar Territory has the role of switchmen. It is clear that the interstate conflict has not been exhausted. The armed conflict between the two neighboring countries because of the scrap of the territory, even because of the fairway, is difficult to imagine. But crisis days were not in vain. In Moscow, they hardly realized that during this time not only trusting relations between the Russian and Ukrainian elites have been destroyed, but also the traditional confidence in Russia as a non -obscure country for Ukrainian society. It is unlikely that politicians calling for integration with this country will now be popular in Ukraine. And their Russian partners will have to make sure of this in the very near future.
