It seems that the positive outcome of the Russian-American summit in Bratislava will not be too significant, to put it mildly. According to the head of the Main Directorate of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense, Anatoly Mazurkevich, it is planned to sign an agreement on control over MANPADS. It is curious how the Russian side managed to prove to the Americans that the planned sale of MANPADS to Syria (which Washington accuses of supporting terrorism) corresponds to the spirit and letter of the future agreement?
