A mocking meme is walking along the rune - "Revolution of a fur coat." Its author is known. This is Anton Krasovsky, who wrote on his Twitter at the moment when the glamorous prisoner of Bozhena Rynsk was still languishing in the dungeon and they went to rescue her with gloss: "They have a revolution of roses, we have a revolution of fur coats." Who would have thought that the poem suitable for the occasion is found in Sumarokov:
*There was rain; The sheep was filed like a frog:
Her telzo and darling tremble
And the fur coat is trembling on it ...*
And the cynical blogger malka_lorenz objected : "The revolution of the fur coats was actually already-February."
And that is true! I recall photographs of the obsessive men in fur coats sitting in the Tauride Palace, which make up some kind of deputation ...
Someone put it very rudely-the "revolution of the whores." Well, this is about those ladies, one of whom called the other "swamp werewolf" (talented, my compliments!) Well, and this is not new:
*... and we had a meeting ...
... here in this building ...
... discussed -
Decided:
For a while - ten, at night - twenty -five ...
... and less - do not take from anyone ...*
But the story of Navalny in the ultrasound:
Navalny in prison made his Internet from bread and wrote posts. Putin police came in and asked: “What are you doing?”, And he took and ate the Internet.
The question is not the question of what to call the revolution, but what next. Last weekend I read a lot and wrote on this topic. I follow Russian events from afar, but I also reached a wave of passionarity that covered Russia. In no case can she be faded away. Sitting tribute to the organizers of the action (including the police), one cannot but see that they have no further action programs.
The fact that "all the steam will go into a whistle" did not write only the lazy. Like, ahead of the Christmas ruin, the 24th will not be up to the rally, no one will come ... This is what the authorities count on. Skepticism is a wonderful property of human consciousness. I myself doubt all the time. But now there is no doubt, but to do it. They will come if they see at least some result.
The resolution adopted on December 10 is good, but is it at all? What does it mean, for example, "cancel the election results"? The specifics of the current situation with its inherent grace was expressed by the blogger _niece:
Citizens perform the functions of law enforcement officers, and the state machine - the functions of offenders. The state, hiding under the table, violates, citizens chase and catch behind him. Citizens will unveil the found, write statements and sue, the state denies and denies everything - he was drunk, slept, I don’t remember anything, they threw enemies, all optical deception.
It is impossible, demanding compliance with the law, act according to the principles of the notorious revolutionary legality. To cancel the election results, legal grounds are needed. Such grounds can be neither polls, nor eczitla, nor mathematical calculations, no matter how irrefutable in the scientific sense they are. The law says that to recognize the elections by failed, it is required that the violations are recorded at least every fourth polling station. It is extremely unlikely that with all the abundance of messages about violations, they may be enough to cancel the results throughout the country. After all, this should be evidence that can be proved in court. But to achieve the cancellation of voting results in individual districts is quite possible. It is necessary to file claims, a lot of lawsuits, to fill the courts with them. There will be a sense if it is possible to deprive the mandates of at least a few ejected deputies. This will break through the gap in the Kremlin wall.
I wrote about this on my blog on Saturday, and on Sunday I read on Facebook:
It is necessary to hammer the power by a legal club at all points of the resolution adopted at a rally. Those. It’s not just to scream “We demand!”, But to file a thousand claims in a thousand sections, to obscure hundreds of arrests and detentions, do not get off them until they give an answer to all requests, mobilize to hard -time combat in the legal field. For so long, we demanded from them the "supremacy of the law" that now is the time to show what it really means and what we know how to use this "supremacy". It is necessary to mobilize a bunch of lawyers, lawyers, legal students and hammer, hammer, hammer. And as soon as the first hole continues, then it will be easier.
This is Elena Panfilova, director of Transparency International in Russia. I am very glad that our opinions coincided. The only trouble is that it is mocking a short time allotted for filing such claims is rapidly expired. In fact, he has already expired.
The release of political prisoners is also a good requirement. But this is also a legal procedure. Under Gorbachev, political prisoners were proposed to sign a pardon. Amnesty, I think, will also not suit many political zones.
Potentially dangerous for the authorities may be the refusal of the newly elected deputies from the mandates proposed by Grigory Yavlinsky. The Father and the son of the Gudkov believe that the refusal can only be collective, the whole faction. In my opinion, it is optional. A demonstrative refusal of even some of the same bundles can lead to if not to a chain reaction, then to the confusion of the rest.
Apparently, it is too early to talk about such methods of struggle as strikes and campaign of civil disobedience. And without them, the "round table" of the Polish model is impossible. For a full dialogue with the regime, it is necessary to overcome another line - the transition to the side of the opposition of the status intelligentsia, people who have something to lose. One of my friends thoroughly writes about this:
The opposition of 1989-1991 included, among other things, a completely status element. Professors, editors, academics, etc. People who held solid positions and did not fear (at least - not very fears) that they will be driven from these posts. However, they were not "professional" opposition. That is, their status in the opposition relied on the existing social status in areas of activity, not related to politics.
The authorities will soon overcome the confusion that befell her. She will most likely try to simulate a dialogue, call some walkers to the Kremlin, take a picture with Chirikova, so that the picture is published in the Western press. Chirikova will refuse? It would be guilty itself - it took, they say, an unconstructive position. I believe that this PR cannot be agreed without the fulfillment of preliminary conditions by the Kremlin - at least the removal of Churov from the post until the investigation of cases of falsification. In relation to officials, a presumption of guilt applies. With the charges made against him, he simply does not have the right to organize the presidential election.
The opposition should also be prepared for these elections. You can’t give yourself to the Sirens who inspire that there are no alternatives to Putin - they say, it’s not Zyuganov to choose. (Prokhorov will not have time to collect signatures, this is obvious.) Now this is not the point. Putin must realize that the president’s position is elected, not lifelong. In the general opinion, the authorities will in every way try not to bring the matter to the second round. So, the task of the opposition is to achieve exactly the second round. Observers will probably be oppressed, they will introduce additional requirements for their registration, and try to limit their number by other measures. Therefore, the preparation of competent, confident in their law, observers should become an obligatory and most important element of the action plan.
How funny: we grew up under the Soviet regime, but we almost do not know the history of our own revolutionary movement. The 1905 revolution began with the unfair dismissal of the four workers of the Putilov factory and the demand to restore them. A specific, clear requirement in the framework of the current legislation. This is important.
