But I think that it is worth saying about the case in the Erzovsky city settlement, a little more than two funny phrases. And while Golovanov, in the style of his metropolitan idols, as I understand it, promised fellow countrymen dairy rivers and jelly shores, Kournakov distributed his program as a leaflet - to the disgrace of a specific one. I will conduct, say, a complete inventory of housing and engineering networks for the purpose of subsequent overhaul. I will complete the construction and introduction of a water intake. I will achieve the completion of the construction of a 4-storey building with the resettlement of people from dilapidated housing. Kurnakov also promised to achieve the divert of the site to the municipal cemetery, every six months to read the population about expenditure of funds and, finally, resolve the issue of living livestock.

By Moscow standards, the program is naive, right? Castle, resettlement in a 4-story house-one! Water intake, cemetery. Neither the modernization on the scale of the whole country, nor you triple-worship by 2050. Meanwhile, is it not because we say that no one reads the programs of candidates, that there is nothing to read in them? For hell, I need these programs about everything at once and nothing exactly! Similar as two drops of water. But such programs as Alexander Kurnakov, I would read - if the candidates had them. And I am sure that his fellow countrymen these issues and their solution are extremely needed and interesting. The resettlement in a 4-story house is more important than the heavenly credery to hell knows what date. These are the real things that they expect from power and cannot achieve.

And now, having studied the Kurnakov leaflet, Mr. Golovanov sensed unkind. And sued! And the court, of course, took his side. And Kurnakov took off from the elections! For what? Oh, it's great! Given the opinion of the representative of the administration of the Erzovsky city settlement, Mr. Salimov, as well as the opinion of the assistant prosecutor of the Gorodishchevsky district of the Volgograd region Matyushin, the court took Kurnakov from the elections for the bribery of voters and “impossible promises”!

Super, right, right? This is a really pure joke. In fact, it is considered a bad form to explain the meaning of the joke. But it is necessary. Because thanks to a court decision, we now understand that promising voters to solve any specific, real problems-this means bribing them. Therefore, promise any rubbish about anything - and everything will be decorous and according to the law. And then it is impossible to ask you then, because nothing concrete, in order to avoid bribery, you did not promise your voters.

However, in court the plaintiff and his team, of course, did not say so. They stated that almost everything that Kurnakov is talking about is not included in the competence of the head of the settlement. This is not his business, to solve such issues. And the wise higher authorities have already resolved issues. Well, if they are not decided, then for objective reasons. Not your competence - and do not climb, otherwise you have promised.

Kurnakov, however, replied that, firstly, in fact, he has the authority to decide or at least influence decisions. And even the fact that formally does not apply to his powers does not exempt him from the obligation to achieve this in higher authorities. Otherwise, after all, no one will move there! But the court certainly did not take this into account. And he created a magnificent precedent when a person can be removed from the elections not because his agitation contradicts the law. And simply because his opponent does not like her!

You can project this case throughout the country. And ask: but the seven election articles of Putin - what is this? There were numbers, and the deadlines. The intended goals and borders, as usual. It was repeated what was said by the same Putin in the previous 12 years. Repeated - and was not fulfilled. And new borders, obviously, will not be achieved either. This is not obviously impossible promises? And regular handouts to state employees - not bribery? When the indexations of the same pensions are more than fed with inflation, but they are trumpeting about all the channels? Yes, if you remove all the nonsense from the elections of all who promise, then we will not have almost any elections. And almost all bosses will have to be shot, because they went to their “victories” with such promises and bribery!

After all, what else is the pre -election noodles good? They quickly forget about her. Who will delve into six years in six years, what Putin promised in Moscow and what did his associates and span in different corners promise? All these streams of numbers taken from a high ceiling, and even more so the paragraphs of the wordobludia will sink somewhere, littered with routine of everyday life and a prescription of years. But when a specific candidate promises you to resettle specific dilapidated houses and settle their inhabitants in a new one - you will not forget this in six years or after 12. This is not an abstract increase in the country, but a specific roof over your head. This specific responsibility is afraid of Pzhiv. What is in the Kremlin, what is in the Erzovsky city settlement.
