Directly opposite my house there hangs a cultural sign with a pointer to the “Institute of Management, Economics, Law and Art.” And - on top of this myriad of letters - large, in blue paint, the three main Russian letters, handwritten by an unknown artist of this word.

Really. What, look, is the management in the fourteenth year of this happiness? What is there, Zacher*, to learn? What the hell is the economy and especially the bastard right?
