By the end of the year, Russia and China may sign an agreement on joint exploration of the Moon. The head of Roscosmos, Anatoly Perminov, announced this on Monday. According to him, as part of the agreement reached, a contract may also be signed at the end of 2006 for China's participation in the Russian project for delivering soil from the Mars satellite Phobos. The space plans of countries are very poetic, but the pursuit of daily economics would be much more relevant today.
