An employee of the Russian Guard
Director of the Russian Guard, Army General Viktor Zolotov, spoke about the study of the issue of equipping military personnel with video recording means, TASS reports.
As Zolotov specified, DVRs can become an element of uniforms of the Russian Guard fighters during service, including when ensuring security at mass events and conducting special operations.
Without clarifying the deadlines and sources of financing this initiative, the head of the Russian Guard admitted: “There are certain features when using DVRs as a means of video recording of events. Therefore, we approach these issues very seriously and balanced. ”
As for the legislative initiative of Senator Vladimir Lukin to oblige the Rosgvardists to wear individual badges for identification, Zolotov claims that the Rosguard has been worried about this issue a few months ago: “In addition to the initiatives presented, to date in the Russian Guard, the stage of coordination of the departmental order takes place, the working name of which is“ on the approval of the sample and describing the badge of the badge. a soldier or person serving in the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation and having a special rank of police ”.
At the same time, Zolotov noted difficulties in the implementation of this initiative, associated with the need to preserve incognito fighters participating in special operations to detain especially dangerous criminals and conduct counter -terrorism measures.
Recall that after the shares in support of unregistered candidates for Mosgordum deputies on the Change.org portal, a petition appeared with a demand to apply the personal numbers of the employees of the Russian Guard and the police for uniforms. The authors of the initiative are convinced that this will protect ordinary citizens from police officers: “If a policeman suddenly decides to violate the law, his personality can always be recognized by the badge number <...> this does not violate the rights of the police and allows us to observe the law: to quickly find out which of the police exceeds their powers .”
In August, the Russian Presidential Council for Human Rights asked the heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Russian Guard and the Investigative Committee to check reports on the illegal application of force to rallies on July 27, as well as on August 3 and 10 in Moscow. In circulation on the official website of the HRC, several situations were transmitted when law enforcement officers unreasonably launched rubber batons.
A special resonance was received by the situation with Daria Sosnovskaya Daria Sosnovskaya, detained at a rally on August 10 in Moscow. The girl wrote a statement to the Investigative Committee of Russia that a police officer hit her in the stomach. Doctors recorded in the Sosnovskaya "bruise of the soft tissues of the scalp, a bruise of the chest on the right." At the same time, the Russian Guard denied information about the connection with the department of this representative of law enforcement agencies.
