It took them several weeks to attempts to download the system into a game console.

The hacker group Fail0verflow published a video with Linux working on the Nintendo Switch game console. The system supports sensory control and through the device at least you can go to the Internet.
A working browser is visible in the demonstration video, however, to enter the text, you need to use a screen keyboard.
Hacking the console took several weeks from the hackers: the first image with Linux bootloader appeared on their Twitter on February 6, 2018.
Theverge noted that Fail0verflow is a small group of hackers that announced vulnerability in Nvidia Tegra processors (they are installed in Switch). They said that to hack Switch security used a method that cannot be closed with a software patch for already released devices and which does not require modifying the chip. Hackers did not specify how to repeat it on their own.
