Despite all the positivity of the event, a logical question arises: why did the young liberals get a fine, and the National Bolsheviks get a prison for a similar action? The same question arose with Ilya Yashin and he addressed an open letter to judge S.G. Podoprigov, ((http://www.ej.ru/summary/entry/3770/)) in May of this year, Olga Kudrin to 3.5 years in prison. In the letter, Yashin demanded that Podoprigov publicly admit he was wrong and resign.
