Everyone who writes about politics wants to be a seer. Everything is closed there in the Kremlin, they make decisions for themselves and these decisions are not predictable, but this is what makes it possible to fantasize the one who describes this unknown. And every political scientist usually weightily and authoritatively says that it will be so, it will win such and such, and these will do this way, and not otherwise. If the forecast does not come true, then the political scientist is not scolded, for the fact that he, wondering on the coffee grounds, is trying to explain and tell us something else, in fact, knowing anything, is his dignity and even somewhere a personal feat.
This is one of the Russian entertaining political paradoxes: the one who is informed is silent. Anyone who says does not know anything.
Of course, it would seem not at all difficult to draw some conclusions. For example, when I was before the war in Georgia, everyone asked me if there would be a war with Russia.
In response, I smiled in atically and said that, of course, there would be no war, because ...
And then I listed quite understandable and absolutely logical arguments - about centuries -old friendship, about the fact that the war is unprofitable for either Russia or Georgia. About the terrible long -term consequences of this war. And I finished my comforting monologues that there was no such logic that could push both countries to war.
And then the war broke out, and they began to call me and demand an explanation. But I only shook my hands and did it absolutely sincerely, because I could not explain the war that was to the detriment of my own country, even taking into account the interpreted territories.
Of course, a large event has occurred there now - South Ossetia and Abkhazia switched to Russian telephone codes. This can hardly be called an achievement, although perhaps this is some kind of technological benefit. One thing is undoubted - for the whole world, this was another confirmation that Russia absorbs these territories.
So cost these codes of that? I don’t know, because I and I and the Russian leadership have different ideas about life and their reasons are incomprehensible to me.
What seems to me with an indelible shame for President Dmitry Medvedev, perhaps a heroic act.
It was not for nothing that Medvedev was mentioned here, because more recently I was impressed with his message to the Federal Assembly. I really liked this speech, and I boldly wrote about it, being, however, almost alone, because everyone else laughed at the message and said that all these are empty words, still Medvedev would not do anything. In evidence, a variety of reasons were given, often opposite, but they led to one thing - Russian history was arranged like this ... And then everyone had their own understanding of Russian history. But any understanding ended with Medvedev’s ridicule and his subsequent sentence - he will never move from words to business.
I could not come to terms with this position. I thought like this: no matter how Putin was holding him by the throat, well, he cannot lower himself like that. And if he already spoke with all sorts of speeches, then for some reason he performed? Not for the same to write about him as a puppet or a completely limp “Kremlin dreamer”, only in the literal sense of the word.
Still, he is the president, I thought.
I thought just like the war with Georgia - from the perspective of normal logic.
It was easy for me to think so. Because really no one knows anything about Medvedev, and everyone can construct his Medvedev exactly the way he wants. And everyone, laughing through his dreams, gave him advice, where the reform should start. Someone said that from freedom of speech. Someone that from the freedom of party life.
In general, the meaning of the Soviets was that the reforms had to be started yesterday. And if he did not start reform yesterday, then why should he start them today? What, are the reforms are timed to the performance before the lawmakers? Or do you need to ripen somehow to start them?
In general, I liked the speech, and I sat down in front of Medvedev, as we sit in the evening in front of the TV. I sat down with a figurative cup of tea and began to wait for a blockbuster called “The Beginning of Reforms”.
But "Kina was not shown."
Medvedev went on a foreign tour.
He met with many there, visited various interesting countries. Everyone is sorry for the hands.
He even met with Obama, and together they confirmed the “reboot”.
Just went there, without explaining: he still joked with this article “Forward, Russia”? Or spoke seriously?
If you joked, then "it is not good to laugh at a sick person."
And if he said seriously, can a surgeon leave during the operation to a pleasant mistress?
Mr. Obama, by the way, did not go to Europe at first for an important party. And then I did not go to Japan for the next sad date of Hiroshima.
And everyone, of course, screamed that he was categorically wrong.
And he replied that he had 42 million people without medical insurance and he just has a medical insurance reform - a very important reform and as large -scale as it has not been since the time of Roosevelt.
And so he cannot leave the United States at that moment. That's how Obama answered.
And Medvedev Lightly went, although in his country every day the next policeman on the Internet tells about the unthinkable things taking place in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The most interesting thing is that the initiator of this process was Medvedev himself, who, as everyone knows, loves the Internet and lifts its meaning in every way. So he exalted it to such an extent that the people on this Internet believed and began to use it.
True, the people did not have much choice, because you can complain that you can be heard and gave your complaint, as it turned out, you can only on the yutyub.
Just as once such a “public reception of complaints” were different foreign “voices”.
That is, it can be said that for once, the president’s call to the rule of law was heard, and the people began to merge through the Internet facts for an adequate understanding of the situation and specific decision-making, showing, say, significant civil courage, which, of course, is good.
But Medvedev left.
And I think that personally, all this reminds me of scenes from some good films, where the guy was cut off the girl, and then looks at the floor and grumps something unintelligible to get rid of it.
Medvedev, of course, will return and, probably, will probably “light” about new Russia on some fiery GOSTOSOS or in his blog.
But I think that he had already missed something important. Or in childhood, he was not told the famous fairy tale about the shepherd, who jokingly shouted: "Wolves, wolves !!!".
This fairy tale for Dmitry Medvedev is especially relevant, given that the wolves come to the Kremlin where he lives not only at night.
They just live there.
