Price of a vote

Staff assistants to candidate for deputy of the Moscow City Duma Andrei Metelsky addressed students of Moscow State Technical University named after. N.E. Bauman with a call to come to the polls on December 4 and express his civic position. Everything would be fine, but United Russia’s arguments, although effective, were not entirely legal. As the Student Pravda newspaper writes, those who come and vote (“not necessarily for Metelsky, although it is desirable”) are promised 100 rubles.
